We had a really lovely stay at this characterful home — it’s full of charm and personality, which made it feel really special. The added bonus was how well-equipped it was for children, with lots of thoughtful amenities that made our trip much easier as a family. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay The only small observation is that it could benefit from a slightly deeper clean, as we did notice some dust in places. That said, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time — just something to be aware of for future guests. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return

Lobster Cottage was a lovely, cost cottage in a great location. The cottage was well equipped and has everything we needed! It was a short walk from the beach and Cod & Lobster, would definitely recommend to friends and family. The only thing to be aware of is the parking for those less able to get around as this was up the hill from the cottage and it could get busy on the streets (I think would apply to most accommodations in Staithes!). Thanks for a great stay!

We only stayed 2 nights but thoroughly enjoyed short our stay here. The cottage is a lovely cosy place to stay. There was a nice assortment of supplied goodies we found on check in. The cottage is only a short walk from local pubs and restaurants. We used the Nameste Bengal Indian restaurant and the Black Swan pub for dinner. Both were very nice and good food. The service at the Indian was excellent so give it a try. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the cottage.

Treetops were amazing, we were welcomed with freshly baked bread in the kitchen. The place was clean and homely and warm! Would definitely come again, Lisa was an amazing host!

For my first time using airBnB it has made me confident to book again. The host was very polite and responsive, the house was clean and tidy and we felt right at home. Upon leaving we noticed a leak from the sink in the downstairs bathroom so I informed the host and to be helpful left a bowl under the leak. All in all great stay and great host.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Beautiful shepherds hut in a beautiful location. Lots of lovely birds in the grounds, and even got visited by a small herd of deer. Jay and Callum are brilliant hosts, very responsive and helpful, and have put lots of nice little touches on the accommodation that make all the difference. Will definitely be staying again!

Outstanding. Iconic building, enormous inside, sea views from most windows and you could hear the waves crashing at night! Walking distance to everything and amazing roof terrace and balcony. Will definitely book again!

Lovely, clean, spacious lodge in a lovely setting with a perfectly placed hot tub. The lodge meet all our requirements. Plenty of storage space, extra bedding provided and all the essentials. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!
