This home is new and has two docks. One in front on Atlantic side and one in back on the Sea of Abaco side. You are 5 minutes from town and 15 minutes fishing off of outer reefs. Easy access to all marinas on the island. Can only get to house by boat. You don't need a golf cart. The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible. Beautiful views and boaters access to everywhere .

At Bonefish Bluff, you’ll wake up to a breathtaking view overlooking the bonefish flats and Sea of Abaco. Enjoy coffee and homemade coconut bread on the screened porch watching birds wading below. Beautiful Gillam Bay is a short walk or golf cart ride, so it’s easy to spend the day or run down for a quick swim or sunset walk on the beach. It’s also an easy walk or “cart” into town for groceries, a bite to eat, some ice cream, or just to walk through the quaint streets.

Bright, breezy, coastal cottage located in the main village of New Plymouth. Originally built in the late 1860s but completely renovated and modern. Situated on the main shore road with a view of the beautiful harbour. Minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and the beaches. The home also has a dock slip at the Bluff House marina that can take a boat up to 30 feet. It is located on the bluff overlooking the Sea of Abaco and is adjacent to the Bluff House Beach Hotel with its two bars, two restaurants, Marina, pool and beach.
