It is typically open from Memorial Day (May 31) through Labor Day (September 6), weather permitting. -Maximum occupancy is 9 guests at all times, including visitors. -Because the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted. -Quiet hours must be respected so we can remain good neighbors.

We live on a quiet 5 acre lot in the country, 1 mile north of I-70 and offer a 1,200 sq. ft. lower level apartment with private access through the garage. No cleaning fee charged. Space includes 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 single bed), kitchen, living room, bath and access to the backyard. Coffee, tea and snack are provided. Stores and restaurants are within 10-15 min., 1 mile to a Columbus metro park, 20 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to the airport.
