Perfect for my needs. Seven adults, one toddler fit comfortably in this lovely home. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen was fully equipped, and neighbors were great! Thank you for sharing your home, Tim!

Catherine is a wonderful host. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our family stay was comfortable, fun and memorable. She had several gifts for our kids and many many snacks, the kids absolutely LOVED it!! Highly responsive, friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do / where to eat in the area. The house is gorgeous, perfectly clean and equipped with everything a family needs!! Thank you Catherine for a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect for us and our 4 children with lots to do. Many attractions within 15-20 minutes and the kids enjoyed walking to the pier to fish. Can't wait to come back.

We had the most amazing stay at this Cape May property! Our group of 14 had more than enough space to spread out comfortably, and the home was beautifully decorated. The outdoor amenities truly made this trip unforgettable. We spent hours playing games on the volleyball court, then relaxed in the jacuzzi and sauna —it felt like a private resort! The hosts were responsive, friendly, and clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have a perfect experience. The location was also great—just a short drive to the beach and all the charm that Cape May has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our group getaway. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again

This home has all of the amenities and was so peaceful. You can tell there are a lot of loving memories in this home. The owner is warm and communicative.

We had an amazing bachelorette weekend at Yelitza's place! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, and the amenities, especially the pool, were fantastic and matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal, so close to the beach with plenty of stores within walking distance, or a quick drive. Yelitza was very responsive; I only had to reach out a couple of times with questions, and she responded right away with helpful solutions. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked Shan’s home for a summer getaway. Loved everything about the experience! Shan is an amazing host. The house is really well put together. And there is so much to do. The pool. The hot tub. The deck was perfect to watch the kids in the pool and hot tub. Inside the space is super comfortable, very neat and clean, and the finished basement really adds a ton of useful space. The location was great being walkable to both Manasquan and Sea Girt towns. Overall we loved it!

Erica's place was fantastic. We had a great stay for our short, off season weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. This location is close to everything and an easy walk to whatever you need. We had unfortunate luck with a telephone pole fire a block over that caused us to lose power for a day. Obviously no fault of the owner, but the reason I mention it is because the amenities in the home made our stay comfortable even without the luxury of electricity. The hot water heater met the task of giving us hot water which was awesome. We would love to stay here again!

The house was great! Clean, beautiful and functional kitchen. Plenty of room for my family of 7. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Tracy was great! We will definitely stay again.

Great host and great place! We were feeling right at home the minute we arrived. The homey touches really made our stay exceptional. Dan even had coffee filters, creamer and books for our little ones to look at! It isn’t always easy to get out as parent of twin toddlers but staying here was great and gave us a nice break away from our normal routine! It was awesome having a washer dryer available and Dan was always responsive and kind anytime we reached out to him. We wouldn’t hesitate to book his place again! Thanks so much Dan!

pictures don't do this place justice!! couple houses from the beach, great places to eat and do activities within walking distance. every time I had a question the host got back to me almost instantly. back yard is amazing for bbq and just relaxing. back yard also has a shed with a big tv comfortable bed and is just a great place to hang out. I can't think of a single thing that did not exceed my expectations can't recommend this place enough I will definitely be back!

We wanted to make memories with our family as my mother in law is 96 and each moment counts. Thank you for giving us the space to celebrate our family memories.

This place was perfect for my husband and I for our stay after getting married on the shore! The beach is practically right outside of the door and the area is gorgeous! The unit was extremely clean, well organized, and stocked with essentials, even coffee and creamer! The directions provided were clear and understandable allowing for an easy check in and check out process. Also, our host, Bill, was extremely helpful and responsive and was flexible when we needed to make adjustments to the check-in time. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone!

Dennis was extremely easy to talk to and made sure had everything we needed before we landed ! The place was in a quiet neighborhood like advertised and the place was very clean.

We had a wedding in Smithville and spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this house. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of space. House was clean and comfortable.

Thank you for a home away from home. We were super comfortable, warm, and had everything we needed. We needed a place close to the convention center and this place was perfect. We were also just a few minutes from all of the casinos and restaurants. The home was very clean and we will definitely book again when we stay in AC. We are so happy we chose the perfect place for a family or a group. It’s so nice to have so much space and not be in the tight quarters of a hotel. The host was super friendly and very responsive. The neighborhood was very quiet and right down the block was a perfect corner store that made delicious food. It’s also nice to have such easy parking steps from your home. Will book again!!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Friendly/accommodating hosts, spacious for our group of 12 (3 kids). Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Area felt safe as well as the boardwalk. The basement ventilation sounds were occasionally noisy when sitting in the backyard. The house was nicely remodeled, 2 1/2 bathrooms, layout of bedrooms worked very well for our group of 12. The single beds were great for the younger kids. All in all we had a nice time here.

Place fit the bill for needs. Only quirks-1. there is a restaurant/bar across the street, and the windows in the kitchen had no blinds/coverings, so we kind of felt like we were in a fishbowl; 2. the bunk bed room was a little stifling as there was no air flow when the window is closed.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Beautiful home away from home. Could not have asked for a better stay with family. Very interactive hosts and their home exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and we can't wait to return!

We rented both units for this past weekend's Polar Bear Plunge at Seaside and it served us perfectly. There were a bunch of us dads using the place. Lots of bedroom space, plenty of bathrooms, and well suited for our needs. We were able to walk to the plunge which is always nice to not have to Uber (would have needed more than one vehicle). Would definitely recommend this location for shore visits and activities!

It's a great place to stay. There were a couple minor problems that he was not aware of and as soon as i let him know he took care of them instantly. It's a great place to fly a drone if you have one. I would definitely recommend this house to others!
