Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.

Our sleeping cabins resemble lobster bait shacks similar to what you’ll see in PEI’s many fishing harbours. They were lovingly handcrafted using Island white Cedar. They are rustic but cozy, comfortable yet basic. Located in a village setting close to all amenities, the Confederation Trail and Iles de la Madeleine Ferry Terminal(CTMA). Our 25’ x 8.5’ tiny house is situated on a beautiful secluded piece of ocean front property in Port Hood with a secluded beach and spacious deck. There is a loft with a queen sized bed and a sofa in the main area that turns into a double bed. There is a 3 piece bathroom in the back underneath the loft as well as a second small private room with enough space to set up a pack n' play.
