We look forward to welcoming you to our spacious, single-level waterfront home with stunning lake views. While this is not a luxury home, it is a comfortable, well-equipped and relaxing space for families or friends to enjoy quality time together. Located in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood midway between Caloundra and Mooloolaba, the house is close to beaches, lakes, shops and cafés. Popular attractions Australia Zoo,Glass House Mountains,TreeTop Challenge are within a 20–30 minute drive.

Cozy one bedroom studio with a pool

Experience the best of Caloundra from our one-bedroom studio, tucked privately under the main house with its own entry. Enjoy access to the shared pool area, your own kitchenette. Please note, we are a family of four living upstairs with our black Labrador, including a toddler and a newborn, so you may hear general household noise from above. The front yard, which you’ll walk through to access the studio, is occasionally occupied by us playing, we will always make sure we won't be a nuisance.

Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included.
