Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Properties like this don't come around often, and once you're here, you'll understand why. The dock puts you right on the water, with one slip available for guests. Wolf's Neck State Park and Wolf's Neck Farm are a short walk away, and Downtown Freeport.

The property is located half in Sanbornville NH and half in Acton Maine. There is so much to do on the property and throughout the Lakes Region. Our Log Cabin is completely off grid, which runs fully off solar and Wi-Fi.
