Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

The Old Wash House - built 1775

The Old Wash House is set in the heart of the village of Littlebourne. There is on street parking if you're driving and a frequent bus service which runs into Canterbury and Sandwich every 30 minutes from right outside the property if you're not! You are a 5 minute drive from Canterbury with its rich history, art and culture, great shopping and restaurants and dining. The coast is just a 20 minute drive away too. The Old Wash House is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Welcome to our "Rabbit Hole", aptly named as you will discover on your visit to us; just peep out of the windows! Spacious but intimate, we hope that we got your holiday home right. Some of the stuff we thought of, a super king bed, so you can stretch out like starfish. Love music, connect and play your sounds on the Samsung speaker. 65" television to watch a Netflix epic? Open the window in the bedroom, fill the big bath tub and immerse yourself in the night sky with a glass of bubbles

Walking distance from the Mermaid Pub, family-run butcher, independent baker and welcoming tea room, as well as other local excellent pubs & The Pig in Bridge. Plenty of walks and cycle routes from the door step. Relax by the wood burning stove, eat at the cottage/pub, take a lovely dog walk and enjoy the peaceful setting. Set in a rural location close enough to walk to the golf club & great restaurants (including The Fordwich Arms). A short drive from Stodmarsh Nature Reserve, the Stour for a spot of Canoeing or the many kent coastal regions. We are a family of 3 that live on the land and are on hand to answer any questions.
