S ubytováním jsme bylo spokojeni a odpovídalo popisu. Pokud preferujete oproti velkým letoviskům menší přístav, kde je z terasy možné sledovat lodě, je Sumpetar s několika menšími plážemi (a mnohdy pláž máte sami pro sebe) pravým místem pro vás. Přečetli jsme si recenze, a tak jsme byli připraveni na to, že klimatizace je v obýváku a v pokojích jsme řešili větráky. Autobusem nebo taxi se dá za 20 mim dojet do Omiše. Hostitel Kristijan Vám zodpoví na co je třeba.

Abbiamo fatto dieci giorni di vacanza in Croazia, soggiornando in questa meravigliosa casa! tutto come nelle foto, l' appartamento ha tutto ciò che è necessario e noi l'abbiamo trovato estremamente pulito al nostro arrivo. La casa è in una posizione molto tranquilla e con un paesaggio mozzafiato. Per scendere alla spiaggia bisogna percorrere una strada in discesa (incontrando anche un piccolo market con i beni di prima necessità). La spiaggia è di sassi il mare splendido, con un piccolo baretto aperto fino a sera. Spostandosi si trovano altre spiaggie e bar. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo e risponde molto in fretta. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini (5 e 1 anno) e da uno a dieci ci siamo trovati bene deci. Soddisfatti della scelta fatta!

Nice cozy place! May be it was a bit dusty, but overall it was good and worth the cost for 100%. The place located on the high hill, so it takes 5 minutes for going down to beach or main road and 10 minutes with tangible efforts coming back. Probably would be not the best pick for seniors etc. public parking in 5 meters was available every time. The host haven't listed location/address and it's make check in process not super smooth, but host was friendly and helpful and shared what's up location after request. location in listing would make check in process easier and listing would be more descriptive.

We have been to the area a few times and Marijan’s place was the best accommodation we have stayed in so far. Modern clean, minimalistic, practical and close enough to walk to all amenities, restaurants and beach. We would defiantly stay here again.

Wszystko ok. Bardzo sympatyczny pobyt, bardzo dobra komunikacja z Mia. Dla niektórych może być dojazd wymagający. W lodówce czekało bardzo miłe przywitanie- piwo woda i sok. Z minusów bardzo słabo działający internet. Serdecznie polecam pobyt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet, was das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen gemacht hat. Zusätzlich hat uns die Gastgeberin Essen und Trinken zur Verfügung gestellt, was eine sehr angenehme Überraschung war. Der große, private Pool war ein Highlight – mit Dusche, 5 Liegen und einer tollen Lounge mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile, inklusive Kaffeemaschine. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend für alle Gäste vorhanden und es gab sogar Waschmittel für Spül- und Waschmaschine. Alles war genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war super praktisch. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, fragte regelmäßig nach unserem Befinden und antwortete schnell und zuverlässig auf unsere Fragen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Merci Aki et Edwin pour la mise à disposition de votre magnifique appartement avec une vue splendide sur toute la baie et la mer Adriatique et la très belle île de Brac ! Nous avons adoré y séjourner ! L'appartement est très confortable, il nous a même semblé plus grand que sur les photos publiées ! La literie est excellente, la cuisine parfaitement équipée, la terrasse privée où l'on peut se reposer ou prendre les repas est bien aménagée et dispose d'une vue incroyable, les équipements (table et chaises, BBQ à gaz, chaises longues, lit extérieur, douche extérieure, etc...) et la piscine sur le toit-terrasse commun sont très appréciables. Tout est très propre. L'environnement est résidentiel et très calme en prenant de la hauteur depuis la route côtière. La rue devant est peu fréquentée et monte jusqu'à un petit village traditionnel plein de charme et à un très bon restaurant. La vue là-haut est merveilleuse. Je recommande à 100% ! I am travelling all over the world but this place is a gem. Interior is super modern, minimalistic, with every single thing you would need and very very comfortable and clean. The most special thing is the location. You have the most beautiful small beach like right in front of the apartment. It has a scenic tree and a bench, amazing view when you wake up. Host was super responsive, had amazing local recommendations. I will come back for sure.

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Wie wurden sehr freundlich durch Ivica und seine Frau empfangen und haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus und der Pool sind super und alles ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Es ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend gelegen, also ist man völlig ungestört. Obwohl es etwas abgelegen ist kann man mit dem Auto schnell einen Supermarkt und Restaurants erreichen und es ist auch keinen Problem nach Split und zum Strand zu gelangen. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen und jedem sehr empfehlen!!

The host, Ivica was very helpful, in that he accommodated check-in and check out times to suit our needs, provided us with useful information about the local area, on our arrival (where to eat and shop). During our stay and afterwards we were very impressed with how quickly he responded issues we had, and also how he went out of his way to be kind and helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean when we arrived and exactly as described in the listing.

Our stay at Brankos house we’re all we dreamt about! A peaceful place with a wonderful pool. If you like privacy and rest on your holiday this is the place. Branko always answered quickly and helped us a lot. Near to the supermarket Tommy. We had a car and you’ll need that if you want to explore the area. 1,5 hour drive to the fantastic beaches at Tucepi. We highly recommend Branko and his beautiful house! We will be back for sure!

Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Unterkunft von Milan und Neda ist wunderschön und hat genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Die beiden waren super lieb und sind extra für unseren Check-In angereist, um für uns alles schön herzurichten und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung zu geben. Die beiden waren sehr hilfsbereit und entgegengekommen und waren stets erreichbar. Wir (3 Erwachsene) waren extrem zufrieden mit der Ausstattung der Unterkunft und der ruhigen Lage. Vor allem der große Pool, der Grill und der 10 Autominuten entfernte Fluss haben die heißen Tage noch mehr abgerundet. Für einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub ohne Trubel durch Menschenmassen ist diese Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen :) und wer ab und zu etwas städtische Action sucht, ist in nur 35 Minuten in Omiš. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😇

Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich zuvorkommend. In der Unterkunft war eine Grundausstattung von allem was man braucht inklusive. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in einem Top Zustand. Besser geht es nicht!!!! Jederzeit wieder

Marica the host was absolutely lovely!! The home was perfect for a girls trip, and only 30 mins (30ish euros) in a minibus from Split centre. Thank you Marica for making our stay super perfect and putting up with all my questions pre-check in :)

Logement très bien équipé, tant dans la cuisine que dans les chambres ou au niveau des espaces extérieurs. Extérieur très agréable et surtout la maison est super bien entretenue et tout est propre. Le village est très paisible et en hauteur, l’air est plus respirable et plus frais. Nous avons également bien apprécié la table de ping-pong. Merci à toute la famille pour l’accueil: plateau de fromages/charcuteries avec des bières à l’arrivée.
