Vsaka enota ima svoj žar na drva ter svojo zasebno in pokrito teraso. Bazen velikosti 8x4 m je skupen za obe enoti. Posestvo je na samem, na nadmorski višini 740 m, oddaljeno od Ljubljane 24 km.
