La casa tiene solo 2 apartamentos y es ideal para huéspedes que buscan tranquilidad, privacidad y descanso. No es adecuada para grupos ruidosos ni fiestas. Se debe respetar el silencio, especialmente por la noche, ya que todos los huéspedes esperan un ambiente tranquilo. Máximo 1 niño. Vivo en la propiedad con mis dos pequeños perros malteses. Durante su estancia solo utilizo el jardín para tareas de mantenimiento y siempre estoy disponible para ayudar con recomendaciones y consejos locales.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Villa Dunja smještena je na mirnoj lokaciji s privatnim bazenom u blizini Pule . Ovaj lijepi smještaj može primiti do 8 osoba i udaljen je 10km od mora. Pješice možete doći do restorana ,marketa i caffe bara. Vila se prostire na više od 500m2 okućnice i 130 m2 kuće.
