This house is beautiful, the best view with my morning coffee I’ve had in this country. And so much wildlife, we had deer at the front window regularly amoungst lots of other! The host was so helpful and even put a Christmas tree in the house for us over our stay… Which can’t of been easy with how rural you are! Looking forward to coming back to experience it all again in the summer

I love this little bungalow. It was my home from November 2024 to May 2025 and it was perfect. If I don't come back soon (which I may), I'll be seeing ii in my dreams.

Es war sehr schön bei Margaret Ann. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer auf das Meer war traumhaft und Margaret Ann war eine super Gastgeberin. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Beautiful place to stay. Peaceful and quiet. Good quality finishes to the Little House. Everything you need to hand.Comfortable beds and furniture. Settee big enough for my tall partner to stretch out on and the matching chair was perfect for me to curl in. Host is very friendly and helpful.Wished we had booked longer.

Wow...stunning location on the banks of Loch Tay we had a truly memorable stay at the lodge and everything we needed was at hand. The host Nina was in regular contact before our stay and made us feel welcome. Thankyou.

Millie communicated with us quickly and positively because we were unsure of our arrival time. She quickly arrived to greet us when we arrived and chatted telling us of the local amenities. The cottage was in a beautiful setting, parking excellent for where we were in the village. Sitting eating meals and watching for dolphins was a huge time waster but kept the children occupied. We would definitely stay again.

Tolle Gegend, klasse Cottage. Pub um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten klein aber toll, alles, was man benötigt zu wirklich guten Preisen. Schöne Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern, gut ausgestatteter Küche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Parkplatz fürs Auto auf dem Grundstück. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen und das Cottage buchen. Herzlichen Dank an Howard, der ein toller Gastgeber war und immer sofort erreichbar.

Gorgeous location, very tranquil. Lovely spacious open plan kitchen living area - space is even bigger than it looks in the photos. Of the various air bnbs we have stayed at, this was really great value for money!

The Bothy was a great place to spend a few days. It was warm, clean, cosy and well equipped. It is really peaceful and private and with lots of walks from the door around the estate including access to the coastline. The cafe was great with lovely food and friendly staff and just a couple of mins walk from the door. I was glad of bringing an eye mask, as with it being a barn conversion, the windows are too high to block out early morning light. Also, wood is provided which is great, but be prepared to chop it up with the axe provided. We would certainly stay there again, loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable and homey, with a great size kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Alessandro was extremely responsive when we had an issue. My group all agreed we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Superbe maison confortable, vue sur le Loch et le château , magnifique... Un emplacement parfait pour visiter l'île de skye entre autre. Scott a été réactif a toutes nos questions et très accueillant. Un grand merci. Je recommande vivement.

Absolutely stunning! The cottage was spacious, had everything we needed and the area was gorgeous. The nearby national park is beautiful, we even spotted a herd of deer! The nearby tearoom is also lovely. Thank you Melanie and Jason! And kind regards to your lovely dog.

I cannot recommend Mairi’s place enough. Our stay in the Isle of Skye has been absolutely amazing. The bungalow is equipped with everything including an air fryer which we found really handy! We could park the car in front of the house and very easily accessible. It’s situated in a great location in Portree with amenities all reachable within a few minutes. The place was super comfortable and is the exact definition of a home away from home. And what about the front garden! My 2 year old daughter loved it so much and it was great to see her play whilst relaxing myself after and day trekking. Would love to stay here again one day if we have the chance!! This place is the closest you can stay in Bowmore that is literally across the street from Bowmore Distillery. Walking distance to the market if you want to get groceries and cook at the cottage. Excellent place and a wonderful host!

Would definitely recommend staying at Colin and Irene’s. The accommodation is lovely, spotlessly clean, very convenient and very well maintained. Colin and Irene are great hosts, very welcoming and hospitable, always available if needed. We received such a warm welcome with home made scones! The perfect place for us to stay to visit family. We will definitely be back.

Best place we stayed at during our trip in Scotland. Such a beautiful location, with a lot of activities to do. Canoeing on the Loch was a real bonus! It is very peaceful to sit by the water and we were lucky to spot dolphins on our last day! Games room was also great fun for the family! Douglas is an amazing host and super friendly, and gave little extra gifts to our children which made them extremely happy 😊 Highly recommend and would definitely come back. 👌
