The perfect base to explore Loch Ness, Isle of Skye, Cairngorms National Park, Glenfinnan viaduct (Harry Potter Hogwarts Express) Glencoe and Glen Etive. Activities are also available and are provided by Active Outdoor Pursuits.

Enjoy pure tranquillity at Per Mare Per Terram

Per Mare Per Terram is a cosy cabin that boasts breath taking views of Loch Broom and the surrounding Munros. Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. The cabin is equipped with a fridge, microwave,kettle, toaster and excellent wi-fi. It also has a shower room and modern composting toilet.

This newly built, open plan studio has a woodburning stove, great views and is ideally suited for exploration of Loch Ness, NC500 and the hills, glens and beaches of north Scotland. The hosts live next door, but the studio has its own private garden area and plenty of parking. There are lovely walks from the door through fields and forest, and a chance to see the Northern Lights. The cabin is in a peaceful rural setting, but only 12 miles from the city of Inverness.

The deck provides a secluded place to savour the peace of the Scottish Highlands . 2 single or 1 double bed available in each bedroom.

Newly refurbished on November 10th 2025. 2 bedroom lodge that can sleep up to four guests. Set in the picturesque town of Fort William. It is in a central location just a five minute walk to town and train station. Nestled at the base of Cow Hill and next to Ben Nevis it is an ideal base. Also has a stream out front and lovely woodland behind.
