We have stayed at Burnside several times. It is a large warm, comfortable house and has easy access for our elderly father. The large picture window makes the most of the beautiful loch view. This is a great place for walking on Skye, Applecross, Killin and nearby. The large front, well kept lawn is enclosed and was greatly appreciated by my dog! We had an amazing time and had almost perfect warm and sunny weather all week! We'll undoubtedly be back.

Great place, great host. Loved the thoughtfulness of little touches - power boards; big towels; great instructions and really thoughtful. Thoroughly recommend Don and his place!

I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

Cragowlet was a beautiful stay with big and beautiful rooms. Very specious and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom which is always a big plus. Brian as a host was wonderful! Helpful and ready to give guidence and advice for local activities if we needed it. Cragowlet was beautiful and we definitely want to go back if we're in the area again. Couldn't recommend more! 👌

Kim’s house was magical, it’s one of the best places a ever been. Kim communicated really nicely with us. The house was perfect and the views espectacular 😍

La promesse de la vue était fabuleuse et nous avons pas été déçus. Si vous recherchez un endroit paisible et isolé, c’est l’endroit parfait. Il n’est pas parfaitement placé si vous cherchez les endroits touristiques à visiter mais le lieu se suffit à lui même pour quelques nuits et il est parfait pour se reposer et profiter du calme. Les chambres et pièces de vie sont très belles et bien décorées. Merci de mettre une belle maison comme ça à disposition.

We LOVED our stay here. As others have said, the views are just incredible every direction you look! It was amazing to watch the sunset looking out to the loch. We walked into Dornie a couple of times and drove over to Skye very easily. Amazing location and sooo beautiful, would not hesitate to recommend or come back ourselves

We had a wonderful stay!! Lynn is an amazing host: very responsive, friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The home is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view of the loch. There were seven of us (adults) and we were all very comfortable. The garden (yard) is large with soft, mossy grass, which our dogs loved! Helensburgh is not too far and offers nice places to eat (La Barca's) and fun stores for shopping (Tweedies). Highly recommend! 5 stars🌟

Lovely little apartment located in a great spot on the river. We stopped in one night and ended up getting a pint and dinner at the waterfront which was a minute down the road - highly recommend. For the apartment, it was very cozy and served us well. Our experience was enhanced by Rebecca who went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall great stay and recommend to all.

Nous avons passé trois nuits fabuleuses dans l'appartement de Sarah. Outre la vue (aussi magnifique que sur les photos), il est grand, confortable et particulièrement bien équipé. Parfaitement situé pour rayonner dans les Highlands, bref à recommander sans hésiter !

Lovely lovely apartment right by the lake. Mesmerizing views, amazing shower, well equiped kitchen and we even had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us. We felt at home abd had a wonderful time !

This place has got to be one of the best we have stayed at for location as the views from the accommodation were just stunning and right on Loch Etive which was also fantastic for paddle boarding being on the door step. Beautiful wildlife all around to watch through the huge living room windows that look out at Ben Cruachan and Loch Etive

Lovely place to stay. Chrissie gave very helpful instructions to find the accommodation as well as some good recommendations. Everything was as described and had everything needed for a quiet stay. Good fishing places nearby. Local cafe was great too. Chrissie was very friendly

Jakki’s spacious apartment had everything we could wish for. Lots of extras - basic foods to start us off and some goodies to make us feel welcome. Lots of little extras in the cupboards and drawers and toiletries in the bathroom. We were welcomed by Jakki’s husband on our arrival and were assured that they were there for us if there was anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Frances! It was wonderful staying with you. We were only here for one night, but in that time we really enjoyed it. Frances was very helpful and helped us get from Port Appin to the accommodation, which is not a given. We would recommend anyone to come here. For those who want to experience Scotland's nature away from the tourist crowds, this is the place to be.

Sehr zu empfehlen für 1-2 Wochen mit Kindern (4&7) für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, egal ob Fähre auf die Isle of Mull oder Zug von Arrochard&Tarbet nach Corrour (sehr einsam, super für Wanderungen) oder die Wanderung von Inveraray Castle zum Dun Na Cuaiche Watchtower). Die Gastgeber waren super hilfsbereit und sehr diskret, immer bereit zu helfen oder Tipps zu geben. Küche perfekt ausgestattet, auch alle Basic Zutaten, tolles Esszimmer, super gemütliches Doppelbett. Insgesamt eine perfekte Airbnb Erfahrung! Vielen Dank!

Absolutely brilliant location with spectacular views, the cottage was very private and peaceful, host was very informative and very helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was short but lovely the place was neat, everything was well explained. We still made a mistake finding the location but totally our fault, yet Bart was there to help! The house location is really nice totally worth the visit assigned parking for the car was a huge plus. Thank you for hosting us

Que dire de ce petit havre de paix sur lequel le coup de cœur avec ma famille a été immédiat ! Une maison où l’on se sent chez soi, avec des équipements de qualité (cuisine, literie, salle de bain etc). Tout est pensé avec soin et décoré avec délicatesse. La maison sent bon la douceur, avec une petite attention gourmande à notre arrivée. Les vues sur les extérieures sont incroyables. Un foyer au milieu des champs, des animaux, de l’eau… Bref, une maison dont nous continuerons de rêver encore longtemps et dans laquelle nous souhaiterions revivre nos jolis moments en famille rapidement ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The place was super cosy and the beds very comfortable. Kitchen has lots of amenities! Location was top tier, only a 15 minute walk to the ferry port to Isle of Iona. Rachel and Matt were super friendly and helpful hosts and very responsive. They kindly came to pick us up when our car broke down on day 1! Highly recommend staying here.
