Perfect for couples and families and sits alongside the West Highland Railway line, the cottage is in the enviable position to watch the trains pass the front door. Directly off the main A830 means you are in a great spot to explore, car is essential in order to see the surrounding areas. We have no direct Loch access

Bracken Barn is situated on a hill overlooking Cuil Bay and Loch Linnhe, with views stretching down the Morvern Peninsula, past the small islands of Balnagowan, Shuna and Lismore…and all the way to the Isle of Mull. Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.

The Old Byre

The Old Byre, Langal is a lovely holiday cottage nestled on the shores of Loch Shiel, four miles outside the village of Acharacle This delightful, traditional building has now been sensitively restored retaining the charm of the original building, yet boasting all modern comforts, ensuring your stay is comfortable and relaxing. The Cottage has a sunny, south facing aspect overlooking Ben Resipole. A well placed base this is for exploring this beautiful part of North West Scotland.

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. It has one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with separate bath and shower and a lovely kitchen / dining / living area. It benefits from under floor heating throughout and a cosy multifuel stove to cuddle up in front of. It is only a 5 minute walk to the local shops and a 10 minute walk to 3 lovely restaurants and a cosy pub.
