We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. Quiet neighborhood on a deadend street. Close to the mtns and central Logan. Next to a new park and walking areas, clean and comfortable. Excellent work space with plenty of good lighting and electrical outlets and comfortable chair. The bed is a "Tuft and Needle", exceptionally comfortable! Plenty of light! A new kitchen, microwave, stove, sink, cabinets, window, Boniveta coffee brewer and many others.

Quiet, one bedroom.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. you will love how quiet it is. In the winter enjoy a warm fire inside. In the summer enjoy the fire pit outside. Spacious bedroom shared laundry room. Plenty of parking adequate kitchen, but definitely not going to be fixing any five star meals. There is always a beautiful sunset.
