We loved this house. It had everything we needed and very central. This host was amazing. He answered all messages within minutes and recommended great places to visit. We definitely recommend and will come again.

Smailyn’s place was the most relaxed Airbnb experience I’ve had. Very simple and easy to follow instructions on checking in and out. The location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood not too far from all the spots we wanted to go. It was more spacious than we were anticipating as well. Thank you!

Definitely recommend staying here! We were really impressed by the amount of amenities available! Everything you need and usually need to buy was provided. The bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had different seasonings, an ice machine and an air fryer, on top of the usual oven and microwave. There was a washer and dryer! We even used their beach chairs and umbrellas instead of having to rent them. Overall the place was super cozy and relaxing. You can see the time and effort that was put into the home.

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

I love the place. It was beautiful very peaceful. I love the fact that when I had a hard time trying to find a place they got me right to it. It was amazing no complaints. I would definitely recommend family and friends .

Luis and Miguelina are amazing hosts! Our flight got in early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage. Plus the 7 min ride to the airport at 5:00am was nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and loved that we could park our rental in the garage. Not to mention the sitting area inside the garage was a nice touch. Cold AC and enjoyed the fact that there was no clutter in the house. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware.

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!

Carol is an amazing host. Things in life may not always be perfect, carol stops at nothing to make sure my family and I had an amazing safe trip at her property. I arrived late ( due to delay) she was waiting by the phone to assist the driving and making sure we go in. We missed the rental car place; carol gave us a ride the next morning. We had a few things that we needed assistance with and Carol was always intentional about providing an amazing service. By the way …. don’t walk run to this place Carol comes highly recommended😉 she was more than just a host.. “she felt like family !!! P.S the pictures don’t do this place any justice. It’s so beautiful!!!

This place was a nice getaway. The neighborhood was safe & it was easy to access the apartment. The airport is literally 6 mins away & it’s not a far drive to other attractions. The roosters in the neighborhood will wake you up around 4 a.m. so I suggest having a white noise throughout the night. Overall a nice, comfortable place to stay with very responsive hosts. Something that is helpful to know is that the hot water is actually turned on by turning the knob to the middle, not all the way to the left where the “H” is. I messaged the host and they were able to help with that. There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom. Either the floor or the rug in the bathroom should be replaced possibly, but the apartment wasn’t bad at all. A nice place for the price you pay or for a short trip. Great hosts ! There were others in the apartments attached to the house, but no one was too loud.

My family visited Puerto Rico for the 1st time and really enjoyed our stay. One of the best attributes of this Airbnb is how close it is to the airport. You’re less than 10 mins away. Our flight arrived earlier than check in and they accommodated us with an early check in which truly helped us. The Airbnb was a nice size. We loved the AC units in each room. It allowed us to all adjust our rooms temp to what level of comfort we all liked. We didn’t rent a car but Uber rides to the beaches and Old San Juan weren’t too expensive. Just stay away from peak hours. There’s also a grocery store, bakery and a couple restaurants within walking distance. The only issue we had was with the WIFI. The property owner discovered they needed a new router. He bought a new one and fixed the issue. Their attentiveness and quick response all trip was great. We had a great visit and will come back!

Roy was the BEST host yet. quick response, and very accommodating. anything I had a question about or needed, he was more than on top of things. I highly recommend staying here. Puerto Rico is a azing and Roy made it 10x better.

This was a perfect place for our group of five. It was extremely clean, which we appreciated all the more knowing how hard it is to keep it so on an island. Everything we needed was in the house and more (games, beach chairs, plenty of towels). Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry worked great for us. We landed on a day with an island-wide power blackout and were pleasantly surprised to find the doors and front gate check-in were all working. This was a good area to stay in to travel to Old San Juan and the rainforest. There were a few restaurants in the area (we really liked El Parrilla) but we drove to the Walmart for groceries. You will need to drive to get around but we expected that. The pool in front of the apartment was out of service, but we had been told it would be when we booked, and the other pools were all up and usable on the property. If anything, we appreciated it was probably quieter for us at night. Would love to stay here again!

Not only the accesibility of the sju airport and all the stores and commercial area. This is my number 1 experience iin very clean airbnb comparing with my travel experience. Puerto rico being an island you can suffer insecfs and even mosquito. Hector had the site spotless that i even seen an ant. Is unbelievable. Thanks hector because people like you makes believe that not all.the airbnb are worthless. I definitely will recommend your place!!!@

Overall great spot especially if you plan on renting a car during your stay. Everything is very close while still have privacy and a peaceful location. Also it was very helpful to have beach equipment like a cooler and chairs available with the Airbnb.

The entire family enjoyed our week at Jeanette’s beautiful condo! The private beach and pool were unbeatable, and we loved the rooftop terrace, hammock, and ocean view. The kids especially appreciated the Ms. Pac-Man game and karaoke machine. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week and was a great base from which to explore Puerto Rico!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

Evelyn’s place is clean and everything is as described. The location within the resort is great also. I would definitely stay here again.

Total our group had 16 people, and we occupied 3 separate condos. This one was by far the most updated and functional. The other penthouse rooftop had no roof covered area so the outdoor seating got wet, but Ruths place has a nice lean-to roof protecting most of it from the nightly rains. Other condo also had a hot tub on the roof, but who needs a hot tub in the tropics. The additional outdoor seating was a much better use of the space. Overall, it was a great space, but at a premium cost.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Anytime I had a question With was quick to respond. The AC was a nice reprieve from the heat, and the beds were comfortable and provided a restful night of sleep. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The kids enjoyed the basketball court and the pools. Hopefully we can enjoy the lazy river the next time we come back. The unit is very secure within a gated community, but the neighborhood felt very safe, and we walked to a delicious dinner at a restaurant just down the road. We also attended a church service in the neighborhood and felt very welcomed. My only suggestion might be to beef up the kitchen equipment offerings a bit (maybe include some bar/casserole type dishes like a 9x13 pan, a few more plates, bowls and glasses given the unit accommodates 7 people, and dish soap and a kitchen towel for drying dishes) but we survived with what was provided. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful place, awesome pools, quick walk to the ocean, and he was super helpful!!! He was quick to respond to any questions and gave lots of good suggestions on what to do and where to eat around town!!! Definitely recommend 😁
