It's a lovely walk through the woods to Llanddwyn Beach, you may even see some of the famous red squirrels of Newborough Forest. A real hidden gem, Pen y Gamfa is tucked away down a pedestrian pathway. This charming cottage comprises a lounge and bedroom area. An Aga woodburner with Welsh slate surround provides ample heat supplemented by underfloor heating. An eco extension with living roof is a later addition.

Ysgubor Fach (Little Barn) is a newly constructed barn conversion lying on the outskirts of Newborough. It is joined to Ysgubor Fawr (Big Barn) which is also a self contained one bedroom holiday let and is situated on the grounds of Tal y Braich farmhouse. It is set in two acres of grounds with magnificent open views towards the Menai straights and the Snowdonia Mountain range. Ynys Llanddwyn & Newborough forest are a short distance away. We welcome one well behaved dog.

A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner. Luxuriate in a super king size bed, and wake up to views of Snowdonia through the picture windows.
