Feel at home in our recently renovated East London house, situated on a tree-lined residential street between Leytonstone and Forest Gate. We spent the last year renovating the whole house to a high standard, ensuring that the house is a bright, welcoming and sociable space which we love spending time in. The area has a real community feel and we have loads of great amenities on our doorstep - yoga/exercise studio, 3 great pubs, cool wine bar, lots of walks via Wanstead flats/park & much more!

8 MINUTES WALK FROM ELIZABETH LINE STATION FOREST GATE. The flat was fully renovated in 2019. It's has an open plan, fully equipped kitchen diner, the blue velvety sofa is very snugly. Overall it has got a cosy and modern feel. It is on the ground floor, facing the garden and parking, therefore it is very quiet. The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. Located on a residential street, the apartment is in a quiet and peaceful spot but still in a great location for access to South Woodford’s amenities and central London. There is plenty of free nearby parking in the street although no dedicated space.
