Das wichtigste vorweg: wir waren mehr als zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte Claires Assistentin Luisa Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und erste Tipps gegeben, wie wir am Anreisetag zueinander kommen. Sie erwartete uns dann bereits in der Wohnung, um uns die Besonderheiten der Wohnung zu beschreiben (Heizung, Küche, Terrasse etc.) sowie ein paar Tipps zu geben, wo wir einkaufen können und wie wir schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Diese Tipps waren Gold wert. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. An einigen Tagen gab es Flugzeuggeräusche, aber sie störten nur morgens und waren hilfreich, um den Tag nicht zu vergeuden. Im weiteren Verlauf hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu Luisa oder Claire, weil wir einfach rundum zufrieden waren. Jederzeit würden wir wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung Quartier beziehen. We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

We had an amazing stay at Remi's place! The apartment was exactly as described - cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurant and the supermarket. Remi was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with all my enquiries. The check-in process was seamless, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved how compact everything was! I would highly recommend. Thank you, Remi, for making it hitch-free! We will definitely be back when we’re in London again!

I stayed in Yvonne's place for my last night in London and it was the perfect environment for a relaxing evening. Great views, ambiance, and within walking distance to the tube where you can get to central London in 30-ish minutes. There's a cafe and a few grocery stores right by the station for easy, quick breakfast options. It was simple to get to Heathrow - also an around 30 minute tube trip. For solo travelers, I felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood from the station to the flat (~6 min walk) and the building was very secure. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay that's relatively close to the airport but also can easily get into the more busy parts of the city

Very good communication with the host, she is proactive and helpful. Apartment is as described, check-in and checkout are very easy.

Notre hote initial nous a annulé notre reservation deux semaines à l avance pour le mettre plus cher. Au final c etait sans doute un mal pour un bien. Le logement de Shima était extrêmement bien situé, avec bus et eurostar à proximité et de nombreux magasins. L hôte nous a fourni des explications très claires pour l arrivée, ce fut tres simple de prendre possession du logement. Le logement etait fidèle aux photos, la literie très confortable et le quartier était très calme. Quant à Shima, elle est hyper réactive dans ses réponses et prend même des nouvelles sur place. Je recommande pour un séjour réussi à londres. Merci 😉
