Ne-am simtit foarte bine la aceasta cazare iar comunicarea cu Ermina a fost excelenta. Este o gazda foarte prietenoasa si receptiva la toate cerintele noastre. Ne-am fi dorit insa ca bucataria sa fie mai bine echipata, avand in vedere ca am si gatit acasa. Cu toate acestea, ne-a placut foarte mult locuinta rezervata si speram sa revenim curand!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem von einer Familie bewohnten Haus an einer Hauptstraße. Vor dem Haus ist eine große Grünfläche, so dass man nicht unmittelbar an der Straße wohnt. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten hinaus. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zu zwei großen Supermärkten, dem Strand und dem Stadtzentrum. Die Bushaltestelle und der Bahnhof sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Dora hat uns wunderbarer Weise am Bahnhof abgeholt und auch bei der Rückfahrt wieder hingebracht. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten bei der Familie auch Wein vom eigenen Weingut kaufen. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Super Wohnung. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison deshalb waren noch viele Sachen zu. Nebenan Bauarbeiten aber die sind in der Saison vorbei. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Super Ausstattung. Man muss nicht viel dazukaufen. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einer familiären Umgebung. Das Appartement war groß und der Balkon und die Aussicht waren sensationell!!! Irina hat uns super aufgenommen und die Tage über bei allen Fragen und Anliegen geholfen. Der steinige Strand ist ruhig und es sind immer Liegen vorhanden. Man konnte auch grillen oder ein Kanu ausleihen, auch einen Wäscheservice gibt es. Absolut einen Aufenthalt wert - 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was our first time visiting Albania, and we had a wonderful stay at Flonja's apartment in Velipoje. The place was new, clean, and offered plenty of space for our family. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, and fun at the beach. It is super close to markets and restaurants, and a quick walk to the beach, less than 300m or so. Flojna was very helpful, and her brother helped us settle in very quickly, and helped us with luggage, and all the other information. I would recommend her apartment to anyone visiting Velipoje. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We really like staying at Sunrise House. Apartment was really clean, and it had beautiful terrace overlooking orchards. House is situated in really quiet area of Gornji Štoj, ideal for end of the summer holiday.

Tolle, ruhige Unterkunft in schöner Lage mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr familiär aufgenommen. Im Kühlschrank war alles für das erste Frühstück vorhanden, die Wegbeschreibung war sehr gut und mit Fotos hinterlegt. Almas und Alex' Eltern haben uns empfangen und uns viele Tips gegeben und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft absolut!

Great Airbnb, host meet us to let us in and was really nice and helpful. The flat itself is plenty spacious and near to the marina, beach, main town and lots of bars and restaurants. Really comfortable stay, great shower! Would definitely stay here again

Super freundliche Gastgeber, familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Anlage ist meiner Meinung nach noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wer auf der Suche nach einem Ort zum Entspannen ist, findet hier eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Ulcinj vor.

The only apartment in Montenegro that has a piano! It was great! The apartment is cozy and clean. There is a piano, and it's amazing:) The owner of the apartment, Danijel, even called a piano tuner for our arrival. It was very nice to live in an apartment with a piano and play it for hours. The piano is in excellent condition, with good sound. Very responsive and kind owner. I recommend!

S ubytovaním sme boli nadmieru spokojní, všetko bolo čisté, zodpovedalo fotkám. Ocenili sme najmä druhú novú kúpeľňu, ktorá bola krásna a v prípade viacerých ľudí naozaj užitočná😁 Hostiteľ spolu s rodinou boli veľmi priateľskí a ochotní riešiť hocičo sme potrebovali. Odporúčame všetkými 10😊

This was not our first time at Amil & Jenny's place and as before we felt just like home. They contacted us to tell that the apartment was ready before the time and offered to get in earlier if we wanted and so we did. The place is clean with all new furniture, two air conditioners and everything else you might need even for a longer stay. Also i have to mention very fast internet connection. Another great thing is that the beaches are quite close and there is no need for a car if you prefer walking to the beach. And like always our hosts were very nice, responsive and helpful. Amil & Jenny, a big thank you one more time and see you again when we are in Ulcinj.

Ubytování jsme neměli problém najít, příjezdová cesta vede do velmi strmého kopce, kde zaparkujete a pak je potřeba sejít další strmý kopec dolů (s autem z půjčovny, které nebylo v úplně OK technickém stavu, jsme si netroufli zajet dolů, myslím, že bychom zpět už nevyjeli 😀). Útulné čisté pokoje s balkóny s přístupem na terasu, kde máte vyhrazená lehátka s naprosto úžasným výhledem na moře 😍 Je zde i možnost zapůjčení slunečníků, které si můžete vzít na pláž. Přístup do moře není úplně nejsnazší, ale v těsné blízkosti se nachází další pláže. V blízkosti ubytování je i obchod, turistické info centrum, pekárna a stánek s ovocem a zeleninou. Není zde pitná voda, je potřeba si v blízkém obchodě zakoupit barely s vodou na pití a vaření. Nádobí jsme v kohoutkové vodě myli. Emil je velmi milý a nápomocný hostitel, děkujeme za skvělé strávený čas a nezapomenutelné výhledy 😊

Nous avons passé un bon séjour d'une semaine chez Slobodan qui rend à lui tout seul le séjour unique : besoin d'un parasol ? Slobodan vos fournit en moins de 5 min. Besoin d'un Sun-Bed ? Idem. Changement d'un filtre sur le spa ? En moins de 5 min chrono ^^ Bien sûr tous les bons plans il les connaît, et vous bénéficierez des bonnes adresses et visites à faire. Enfin, la vue de la terrasse est juste magnifique et la climatisation dans chaque chambre, un atout majeur. Nous avons pu découvrir ce charmant pays en plein mois d'août tout en profitant un maximum, grâce à nôtre hôte.

Хозяйка Весна очень душевно нас приняла! Дом очень комфортный, чистый и наполнен всем необходимым. В холодильнике нас ждали подарки, а также иногда по утрам нас угощали свежесрезаным инжиром. Раз в 2 дня у нас убирались, что было неожиданно и очень приятно. В доме 3 комнаты, 2 с/у, большой зал, большой балкон. Нас было 6 человек и всем было очень удобно и просторно в доме. Также в распоряжении была куча полотенец, которыми можно было пользоваться дома. (Так что можете брать полотенца только для пляжа.) Балкон и вид с него- просто вау! Каждый наш завтрак был с прекрасным видом на море. Один из нас заболел и Весна принесла градусник и таблетки, хоть это и было поздно ночью. Потом очень заботилась и спрашивала о больном. Когда начался шторм, а нас не было дома, хозяйка зашла и убрала все наши вещи, которые мы повесили сушиться, чтобы они не намокли. Рядом с домой всегда есть свободный, бесплатный паркинг. Это большой плюс, потому что паркинг- это реальная проблема в Черногории. 10 минутах от дома есть 3 пляжа (и песок, и камень), супермаркет, рынок и главная улица. Мы настолько в восторге и от дома и от Весны, что теперь если приедем в Ульцин, то обязательно в этот дом! Это очень крутое место. Советуем всем! Благодарим Весну от всей души! От Гоши, Ани, Никиты, Вани, Насти и Артёма! We were hosted very sincerely! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm began and we weren't at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! Beautiful place to stay with parking and a beautiful roof terrace with views of the bay. very friendly and lovely host

Lep stan , prijatan za odmor, konacno smo se naspavali i odmorili. Iako je bilo 35C par dana za redom u stanu je bilo prijatno i uvece smo spavali bez klime. Restoran je u prizemlju zgrade, sa ok cenama, a velika prodavnica i pekara su u blizini oko 5 min hoda. Do plaze mora da se ide kolima, ali je blizu. Mesta za parking uvek ima ispred ulaza.Bazen je veliki i bez guzve sa dostupnim lezaljkama. Stan je potpuno nov pa su u kuhinji nedostajale neke sitne stvari koje ipak znace u spremanju dorucka ili lagane vecere. Takodje mislim i da broj stolica u kuhinji nije adekvatan s obzirom da je stan za 4 odrasle osobe.Domacini su bili jako ljubazni u svakom smislu i rado cemo doci ponovo ukoliko budemo dolazili u Ulcinj.Sve u svemu ostalo je jos samo par sitnih stvari do savrsenog stana i to ce se sigurno vremenom srediti.

Magical place! Perfect stay in the apartment, direct private sea access. Great for swimming, snorkeling, SUP, working out, relaxing reading and more. Well equipped kitchen allowed for cooking. We couldn't get enough. Definitely need to come back! Very nice hosts, thanks for everything.

Eine sehr schöne und vor allem großzügige Unterkunft was den Raum betrifft. Die Möbel nicht mehr die neuesten aber dies tut dem ganzen kein Abbruch. Alles war vorhanden und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist 100% weiter zu empfehlen, allerdings nach Möglichkeit mit Auto. Bushaltestelle ist aber vor der 🚪. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft. Wir werden sie in positiver Erinnerung behalten.
