The island where the houseboat is moored is easily accessible via its own road bridge, with safe parking.

All apartments feature an open-plan kitchen/living area, a fully fitted kitchen, 200 mbps Wifi, a 50 inch Smart TV, a washer/dryer and a balcony. The kitchens have a full fridge freezer and a full-size dishwasher. The living areas have a dining table with four chairs, a sofa, a sofa-bed and a coffee table. The main bathrooms feature a shower cubical. Both bedrooms have zip & link beds, so choose between a king double or twin singles. Other features include built-in wardrobes & bedside tables.

Situated close to the train line into central London, our lovely flat is above our pub and close to Hampton Court Palace, Bushy Park and Kingston upon Thames. Our pub sits half way down a quiet, residential street on the edge of the village of Thames Ditton. With 3 bedrooms, our flat is suitable for groups of up to 6 people, or families. Being above a pub, you can enjoy a meal and/or a drink downstairs. Sofa bed available on request.

Lynwood Studio Apartment

Lynwood Studio is a cosy, self contained studio apartment attached to the main house. It was originally a garage which has now been converted. The studio is a 10-minute walk away from Hinchley Wood Village. This includes Hinchley Wood train station where the journey to London Waterloo takes just 30 minutes. The K3 bus stop is a 5-minute walking distance from the studio, taking you directly into Kinston Upon Thames, Surbiton, Claygate and Esher. We are also a 10 minute drive to Hampton Court.

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.
