The Cavern on the Green. Ancient architecture

This hand-carved cave cottage has a beautiful exterior and gets even better as you go inside. Its well decorated cavern interior will charm you with its thoughtful layout. On the main floor there is a full kitchen with stone counters and dining bar, a sitting area with comfy chairs, a bathroom with an oversized tile shower, a bedroom with a queen bed and a private porch with a large hot tub. Up the stone steps you'll find a super cute bedroom loft with lots of windows and more amazing views.

The Appalachian A-Frame, built in 2024, is right where you want to be! A cozy, stylish home overlooking the gorgeous views of the valley. While being just far enough away to enjoy the benefits of a quiet mountainous getaway, you're also 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, TN, where there is an abundance of amazing activities to partake in! It features a comfortable living space, stunning view with a double decker porch, hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of peace and quiet to relax and enjoy!

Mockingbird Cottage on Lookout Mountain, GA

Our cottage is located on the Georgia side of Lookout Mountain, just ten minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is attached to our house and features one large bedroom/living room combination, 2 full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. There is a queen size bed and a queen pullout sofa bed. It is a quaint and private cottage located across the street from the iconic Lookout Mountain attraction, Rock City. The cottage is also conveniently located next door to a Starbucks coffee shop.

Gamekeeper Hut

Come stay in our favorite Gamekeeper's Hut at Fable Realm! The Keeper of Keys' Hut is set on our private 40-acre location. Try your skill at the scavenger hunt, relax by a fire outside (giant-sized cauldron), watch the birds enjoy the pond from outside of this magical stone space just down the hill from The Burrow, and near Fairytale Cottage. Visit nearby Lookout Mountain, Chickamauga, Chattanooga or just RELAX and watch Harry Potter documentaries while enjoying a cold Butterscotch beer!

With the best view from our mountaintop tiny house retreat outside of Chattanooga, sits the Wandering Gypsy Tiny House!
