Overall a really pleasant stay! We took Lime/Bird scooters all over the area easily. There were a few nights that the alley behind the bedroom was noisy and woke us up, but otherwise was nice. James was very proactive and gave extremely helpful, detailed instructions.

Patrick was a lovely host! The place was great and homey, it was a little bit tight for 4 people but Patrick was very clear about that from the beginning and it was not an issue at all. He was very accommodating with our check in and out, we would happily stay here again.

A fantastic place to stay for a night or five! Dog friendly, clean, responded quickly to questions, everything I needed was there. Thank you Barry and Van-Martin!

This was a great secluded rental within walking distance to the beach, little shops and restaurants. Kristina was very proactive in response to any needs we had.

Possibly the best place I’ve ever booked. Gordon greeted us upon arrival, and was very helpful with local recommendations and making sure we felt at home during our stay. The place itself was small, but intimate and had everything we needed to appreciate the inside and outdoors. There was plenty of light and hot water in the cabin itself, and the outside of it holds warm outdoor lights in case you’re not too fond of complete darkness. Overall, I’m definitely coming here again.

Wendy and her son Nate were absolutely amazing hosts. Their home was not only beautiful and peaceful but also felt like a true home away from home. Wendy went above and beyond by providing me with plenty of kitchen equipment which made it easy to cook some great meals during my stay. I especially loved spending time in the backyard, it was such a relaxing space. Everything about my experience was perfect and I’m really grateful for their hospitality. Highly recommend staying here.

Can not give this place enough praise!!!Monica was an amazing host!! The place was extremely clean, so charming, an absolutely gorgeous. The property was so stunningly beautiful, with so much to do all around the local neighborhood. I just can’t get over how relaxing and peaceful our stay was. The scenery, the decor, the greenery, so so beautiful! !! I felt like I was somewhere enchanted. 10/10 recommend, I will definitely being staying here again I loved it so much.

The cutest place on Air Bnb that I have ever stayed! So much detail and thought has gone into your stay! It was the most wonderful and amazing experience. Nathalie was wonderful, kind, and an excellent host! Her entire place was gorgeous. She put so much thought and effort into the design! Also, the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling/ smelling better than ever! I can’t wait to stay there again!

Great secluded back house. Had all the comforts of home. The place was clean and comfy. We loved the heated pool. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Izzy was a great welcoming treat.

I absolutely loved staying here. The view was amazing. There are quite a few stairs required to get to the bungalow but the view is worth it! It was so cozy yet elegant!! And had such nice amenities!!

I loved this place. I have been traveling a lot to California for business and usually staying in Hotels. This place is such a better alternative to a hotel room. It's quiet, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice, and it definitely seems like a safe place to take a walk. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay and would go back! The location was great for us (close to VDL, Griffith Observatory, Hollyhock house, in addition to lots of grocery stores, shops and restaurants by car) and the place was very clean. As a germaphobe, I appreciated having a brand new sponge in the kitchen.

Spacious, modern, well supplied studio apartment. Very comfortable bed, full kitchen, great shower, all in brand new condition. Very private and quiet unit. Parking on the street was not a problem. Overall, a great place to rent for 2.

Super clean and had all the things we needed, even a washer and dryer! Very kind welcome package with snacks and coffee and water. Nice touch!

Elena’s place is very cute and exactly as nice as you’d hope for when you arrive. The patio area was our favorite, the sun shades were very nice for keeping the patio cool. We spent most of our time outside since it was nice and peaceful. The immediate area was very quiet and felt safe. And we really appreciated how quick Elena was to respond!

Wonderful little getaway in Woodland Hills. Jennifer was a great host, and our family felt very comfortable in the space. Easy walk to grocery store and through the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

We picked this place for the view and location, but found that the hospitality given by Paul and Adrea were another level. The entrance was a little scary to get into at first, but they did an excellent job assisting you. if we go back to Malibu, this will definitely be on the top of the list of places to stay.

We loved our stay in the historic Laurel Canyon. Matt was very friendly while welcoming us upon our arrival. The cabin was cozy with comfortable bedding, had all the amenities we needed and we appreciated having driveway access and access to the deck with stunning views!

We stayed for 4 nights with Jennifer while in town for some shows at the Hollywood Bowl and had an amazing stay. Jennifer and Dave are among the nicest hosts we have encountered and were helpful at every turn. The neighborhood is very walkable to nearby restaurants and is convenient to many locations in LA. The guest house was spotless and supplied with everything needed for our stay. The bed and pull out sofa were super comfy too. The shower was also unbelievable and super relaxing. We also enjoyed the back patio area to hang out and the grill to cook out at night. We would love to be back in the future next time we are visiting LA!

Polinas studio is absolutely lovely. The back patio area is very relaxing with lots of tree coverage making it private. The space is very cute, comfortable and has everything you need. I used to live in the area but now I just visit so I knew what To expect with the area and I did feel really safe as a single female traveler staying there. I will definitely look to book again the next time I go to California.

Absolutely, totally awesome accommodating and friendly host. I asked if I could come in an hour early and they were able to accommodate. They were super friendly and showed me how to use all the extra little perks in their property. Really easy to find and even had parking in the driveway for me By the fifth hour, I felt like I was in my own home Would absolutely recommend for anyone who is from out of town or even in town and just wanna have a little getaway
