Fantastic location for easy beach access. House was quiet and private. Loved having the bikes available for the nearby Shoreline bike trail. Brent checked in often and was immediately helpful when there was a problem with one bike. Overall a great stay!

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

The place was exactly as described. Perfect space for my family of four. Clean linens and comfortable beds. Also walkable to shops and coffee. The house is well maintained, clean and felt very comfortable. Rachel was easy to communicate with and was proactive in reaching out. Great stay and would recommend this property.

Wonderful stay at Kathy’s place! Nice and separated from the main house with privacy. Appliances are all high quality. Bed was so comfortable, and the floors of the bathroom were even heated! Amazing home in an amazing location. Near the train tracks, but didn’t even notice them after a day. Would 10/10 stay here again!

This rental was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The location is centrally located and an easy walk to East Beach, the Santa Barbara Zoo and even a nice jaunt down to Stearn's Wharf. We loved the jacuzzi and the private courtyard patio. The unit was clean and had all the listed amenities. Highly recommend!

Just stayed for alumni weekend and it was perfect! Great location, amazing backyard space with a pool and hot tub, and comfortably fit a large group. Would stay again :)

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Thank you Angela for a memorable stay!

This is our third time at the cottage, and just like the other two times this place is a gem. The house is perfect for us and our two dogs, plenty of room and great amenities. Also the location is perfect close to everything SB has to offer. I’m sure we will be back again for a fourth time!

Trevor’s place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck which was very private. The location is just around the corner from some nice restaurants, Particularly the French bakery.having a hot tub was a nice bonus.
