We had a great stay at Daniel’s place! The big dining table inside and the table out on the deck were perfect for our group—lots of space to eat and hang out together. The couple of balconies gave us some nice private outdoor spots too, which was a nice touch. Loved the lake views from both sides of the house! Bathrooms were super convenient for everyone, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Daniel was really responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back!

This place is AMAZING!!! More than what we expected. Not one single complaint, but all praises and satisfaction. Clean spaces, well equipped kitchen, perfect view, plenty of activities/entertainment for everyone, hot tub was a bonus, boat house with open upper deck was lovely. Definitely a must place to go, specially when you’re considering luxury, comfort, and fun at the same time. Daniel is a gracious host that quickly responds and address every questions and requests we had. We already checked availability for our next getaway, even before we checked out! 😁. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s place with 14 family members over Easter weekend. The home was exceeded our expectations . Clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The panoramic view from the living room and deck was absolutely breathtaking. Check-in was smooth, and Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout. We truly felt at home and made some unforgettable family memories. Highly recommend, and we definitely love to stay at this place again!

The house was lovely for a family with four kids 7 and under. The lake, hot tub, and water toys made for a lot of fun. We did have an issue with construction being done on the dock without our knowledge for two of the days, but the owners mostly remedied the issue.

We had a great stay at the Blue House and can’t recommend it enough for your next trip to Lake Anna! The house was well-equipped, clean, and the host was flexible and accommodating with our check-in/out times. The property has beautiful, waterfront views and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Upon arrival at this house in Mineral, VA, we noticed the house's openness, beautiful décor, and thoughtful aesthetics, which reflected a perfect blend of comfort & style that immediately made us feel at ease. The house was clean & amenities well-stocked (as described) ensuring there were no unpleasant surprises. Bedrooms were comfortable; beds were cozy, allowing us to enjoy restful nights. The house layout was perfect for socializing for a large group & we comfortably hung out. The KITCHEN exceeded all expectations -equipped with various appliances, stainless steel pots, pans (& nonstick) & loads of small items – This level of stocking made meal prep enjoyable rather than a chore, helping us create lasting memories over shared meals. minor drawbacks— a few rooms were a bit chilly (extra blankets were readily available) & the hot water supply was somewhat limited – this was minimal compared to the overall enjoyment we experienced. The house, property, and location are stunning! We had an absolute amazing weekend trip for a bachelorette celebration. Everyone is already talking about when we can go back! Daniel, Edwin, and the rest of the team were incredibly responsive and everything matches the photos and listing. Highly recommend this house!!

5 stars!!!! Just BOOK!! My friends & I had an amazing camp theme stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described very beautiful, clean, spacious, and super cozy. There were more than enough beds for everyone, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the view of the lake ?!! BREATHTAKING!! Our hosts were fantastic !! very responsive and incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!!

WOW!!!!! Knocked our socks off with the bountiful supplies in the house. Plenty of everything that we needed or even expected with our stay. The house, the deck, the patio tables, the beach, all out door areas made it soooooo relaxing!! We did not have little kids, but couldn’t get over how much Daniel makes space for families!!! We loved the arcade game upstairs - fun touch! We were in love the moment we drive down the driveway!!! ❤️💯❤️💯❤️💯

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Daniel the hose was kind and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our group of 20. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the basement was packed with entertainment, keeping both kids and adults happy. We especially loved the hot tub, fire pit, and the canoeing and kayaking opportunities right on the lake. So much was provided, which made packing and planning a breeze. Celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday here was incredibly special. We created countless memories and shared so many laughs in such a peaceful, beautiful setting. This home truly has everything you could ask for, and we’re so grateful to have found it! Highly recommend—we can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect spot for our friend group to get away for the weekend. There’s tonnes of sleeping spaces, and the common areas easily fit our group of 9 adults for meals, movies, and games.
