A great experience, with amazing views, Katerina was awesome and communication was great!! Beach is right below at a hotel resort, you could walk about 10 min, it’s all downhill, we drove cause It was very hot, you will need a car or taxi to get into town, the summer months are too hot to walk. It’s a 5 min drive into Loutraki where there is so much to do, Corniith Canal is about 20 min drive , it’s actually closer but due to traffic it takes a bit longer during peak tourism. House is very comfortable and you feel right at home!!

Wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt!! Liza hat uns freundlich empfangen und jede Menge Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Die Wohnung war wirklich herzlich und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, wenn wir in Loutraki sind. Es hat an nichts gemangelt!! Vielen Dank für alles

The place is accurate, you get what you paid for but not much else. Parking is always hit and miss in Xylokastro and the place does not provide a dedicated spot meaning you will be on the hunt if you arrive late in the evening. The room is well laid out and clean but the bathroom feels old and could be cleaner. Communication with the owner is swift but felt forced. Overall a decent choice but nothing to write home about

Excellent spot for near and far away travels! Close to beautiful & not crowdy beach. Very clean water in the sea, lots of fishes nearby :-) There is a road passing by, sometimes heavily used - but it did not bother us, when the windows were closed. Having separate air-condition unit in each room was very useful. Well equipped kitchen with brand new devices, incl. dishwasher and washing machine. Access to the apartment is easy, despite the second floor due to the elevator. Monika is friendly host, willing to help whenever needed.

Wonderful apartment, with an amazing view. Only a few steps from the beach. Everything is clean and cared for. Having a desk also makes it easier for me to work when I need to.

The appartment was really nice, spacious, clean, well furnished and equipped.The beach is just crossing the road, beach was never crowded, water was nice, some days crystal blue. We as two families spent there almost 2 weeks and really enjoyed it:).

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Propreté impeccable, logement hyper bien équipé, literie très confortable. Chambres pour les enfants confortables et chaleureuses. L'extérieur est très bien aménagé avec la véranda, la terrasse et toutes les plantes vertes. Nombreux restaurants et bars au pied de l'immeuble. Et pour finir nous remercions l'hôte sa réactivité et son accueil hyper tardif car notre avion a eu beaucoup de retard et nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit. C'était un très beau séjour, nous recommandons vivement.

Perfect place!! For sure we will come in the future

We rent this apartment at first time and we totally adore it. There is everything for comfortable living, including kitchen, bathroom, washing machine etc. We liked the balcony very much and the view from there … But the main is the distance to the sea- really 5 min, that was very important with children. Shops, restaurants, cafes, beach , the center of the city are really very close. Ioanna her mother Katerina are very good and pleasant people. They were always ready to help us and answered very quickly. I would really recommend this apartment to my friends because it was cosy, comfortable and lovely.

It was a very comfortable place. Communication was clear and the host was very responsive as we required a change to our check in. Thanks for a great stay.

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο και μοντέρνο. Έχει οτιδήποτε χρειάζεσαι. Παρόλο που η είσοδος βρίσκεται επάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο, το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται προς τα μέσα και είναι πολύ ήσυχο. Πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, σουπερ μάρκετς, φαρμακεία και φαγητό. Η Γεωργία είναι ένας πολύ γλυκός άνθρωπος. Ευπρόσδεκτη, φιλόξενη και έτοιμη να σε βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί.

This Airbnb was truly exceptional! The apartment was immaculate, the location was perfect, near to the city center and the coast. 100% recommended, a place made with “Meraki” !

Nadia is amongst the kindest, polite, discreet, helpful, welcoming, supportive, Airbnb hosts. The flat is newly refurbished, and it offers comfort, high quality bed linen and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! It is situated in the centre of Loutraki, on a quiet and neighbourhood friendly road, with a wonderful sea and mountain view. It is just a 2-minute walk to the seaside and the famous Loutraki promenade. Everything anyone may need is there, food, pharmacy, Church, coffee, bakery, pastry, grocery, only a couple of minutes by foot. I was welcomed with a generous variety of things which I needed for my stay and Nadia, kindly provided and accommodated my requests and she offered me her warm, and hospitable flat to rest relax and unwind following my trip. Thank you very much, Nadia!

Όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος! Απολαύσαμε την πισίνα και τον έξω χώρο ενώ παράλληλα ήμασταν ούτε 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο. Ό,τι πρέπει για όσους απολαμβάνουν την ησυχία. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt. Irianna ist eine tolle und super liebe Gastgeberin und wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Irianna hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und stand uns jederzeit zur verfügung wenn wir sie brauchten, hielt sich aber sonst angenehm zurück. Der Weg in die Unterkunft ist steil aber durchaus zu bewältigen (wir hatten einen Fiat Panda). Die Aussicht ist der absolute Wahnsinn und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!! Danke liebe Irianna für deine Gastfreundschaft!

We loved the apartment in the heart of Xylocastro’s beach and boardwalk. Very clean, flexible rooming to accommodate our family and beautiful yard.

Die Wohnung von Spiros empfindet man wie ein Haus. Es bietet viel Platz und hat eine gute Atmosphäre, auch dank der wundervollen Bepflanzung rings umher. Alles ist äußerst gepflegt. Von der großen Terrasse schaut man in einen Pinienwald, auch das Meer st zu sehen. Das Highlight ist der Pool. Wir hatten das Glück, ihn während 15 Tage ganz für uns zu haben. Die Ruhe ist einmalig. Das Meer, der Ort Loutraki mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Spiros und seine Mutter waren immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten wunderbar erholsame Tage dort.

I'm in love with this place! I was lucky to find it! I would gladly do it again. The timing is perfect if you want to relax, it's very peaceful. In summer, it will be perfect to enjoy the sea and also the pool. I recommend it to everyone (:

We had an amazing experience,the place was just perfect, peaceful, incredible views, friendly locals, the local and near by beaches (15min drive) incredible , we did a night swim with the kids,the town is very safe and peaceful. the facilities we just perfect for us and the hostess !! wow, She was very friendly, attentive and accommodating ! The amenities were just fine for us. Felt right at home , really nice views and sunsets, peaceful. 1 small supermarket with really friendly staff. One large uphill, but 1st gear and we managed 4 people , 1 ltr car . Must hire a car to get there and get about . perfect place to unwind and avoid large tourist places. We had a great time and we managed to oversee any other comments And make the most out of it. thank you !!!

Helen & Yannis are great and will make you feel at home in Greece immediately! If you are interested, they can share many different tips, including on local food. Their kindness and availability are limitless and our daughters enjoyed it a lot. The house is pure luxury as it will have anything you can dream of when you want it, from baby equipments to toys in the pool:) It’s very close from Athens International Airport (1h30 by car) and from many uncrowded beaches. We strongly recommend, probably our best holidays ever!
