In summer, your private deck is perfect for watching eagles, loons, ducks, swans and fish while enjoying cocktails or BBQ. For the lake, use a stand up paddle board or canoe from our stash. Winter? bring your own skiis for the groomed trail on the lake. A neatly appointed kitchenette gets you through the basics. Use the grill for bigger meals. Eagle's Nest Cabin on Salmon Creek

The perfect location for your family's Seward adventures! Just over a mile from town while still being in a quiet, wooded neighborhood (and avoid the city bed tax). An eagles nest on the property is above Salmon Creek and, depending on the year, American Bald Eagles use the nest to raise young. You'll be a short drive from the grocery store, Exit Glacier, and the Alaska Sealife Center. Enjoy the full kitchen, outdoor grill, and fire pit. A short path crosses the 1 acre property to Salmon Creek.

Each bedroom has a queen bed & a twin murphy bed. When renting from airbnb, you will get whatever unit is available. Watch the sunrise over the bay & the Chugach Mountains. In the evenings watching the activities on the bay, including wildlife (sea lions, otters, whales, eagles, birds, etc) .

Its modern appeal includes a master bedroom downstairs, a loft bedroom upstairs, and a sofa couch in the living area for a comfortable max of 6 people. The units also include a beautiful wet room, clawfoot tub, wood pellet stove, kitchenette, and private deck. Modern day homestead in the making! We are adjacent to State, National Forest Service, and National Park Service lands in a beautiful, quiet wooded neighborhood with views of Resurrection and Benson Mountains and Resurrection River. This upper unit, "Alpine", is a two-bedroom and sleeps up to six people, has a full kitchen, full bath, living space with pull-out queen sofa bed, and washer/dryer. The lower one-bedroom unit "Meadow" is also available to rent.

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.
