The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

A light spacious barn conversion set in open countryside, 15 mins drive from the Georgian market town of Holt and the beach at Sheringham. Some noise may be heard within bedroom as bedroom from adjoining cottage is directly above. Set back from a small, quiet country lane in an area renowned for birdwatching, walking and cycling. Close to National Trust estates of Felbrigg and Blickling and country pubs at Wolterton (2.4 miles) and Itteringham, which also has a very good village shop/cafe.

Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

A beautiful space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Norfolk landscape from. Ideally based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only 1 mile from the sea front, country walks on your door step. There are many things to do and see - beaches, country homes, parks and forests, the Norfolk Boards or just watching the wildlife that lives around the barn such as our barn owl who lives onsite, the sheep, horses and goats in the surrounding fields or the butterflies and bees in our meadow.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

Little Conifer is a luxury 1 bedroom single storey holiday home in West Runton, on North Norfolk's beautiful coast. With private parking and just two minutes walk to the beach, the property is a self contained, completely private annexe of the owners house. Recently completed and accommodating up to two guests and a pet this is a perfect holiday home for singles, couples and their dog and provides a relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience all year round.

Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.

THE CLOCKHOUSE ROUGHTON

This fabulous open plan ground floor apartment is set in the peaceful village of Roughton just five minutes from the seaside town of Cromer. Private enclosed garden opening onto the main beautifully presented two acre garden beyond. The main garden opens for the National Garden Scheme. In 2024 the Salvia Microphylla which are dispersed around the gardens were awarded National Collection Status. Pub and shop in the village.

Sunny Brook is a lovely detached bungalow set in the grounds of the owners home, in the village of Roughton, North Norfolk. The village has good local amenities that include; bus stops, shop/post office, pub and restaurant, and a chip shop, all just five minutes from the property. Roughton is conveniently located for the beautiful North Norfolk coast and many other local attractions.
