Ryan’s place is very nice, spacious and clean. I would choose this place again if I’m ever in town. His communication was great as well. Very good host.

This was my second time staying here and the experience was excellent just like the time before. Laura was aware of a smaller issue and immediately communicated that she was taking care of it. Absolutely no issues afterwards. I will continue to stay here if available when I come to town. Everything is here that I need and it’s becoming a home away from home. Thanks Laura for your hospitality and providing an excellent facility for my family. Hope to book again next year!

Very clean and comfortable. Super cute part of downtown. Walkable to lots of restaurants and more. A surprise perk for me was the sweet coffee shop/book store downstairs, The Good Book. I also got my hair done one morning as a walk-in at the salon which is in the same building. So convenient! Parking was easy. Communication as great. Highly recommend and we’d definitely stay again. This place had a awesome lake, the kayak was my gf and I’s first time and it was super dope, the fireplace was easy and clean to use (they have kindlings ready to go) so we sat under the stars while enjoying the outdoors. The inside has the basics you need and there is a laundry mat not far from the stay. Overall great weekend experience.

A huge booking must for me is to be close to my favorite restaurant, Rodeo’s, and to be close to the JenningsGP motorcycle track. This is a five minutes drive to Rodeo’s, and a 20 minute drive to the track. Perfect spot for me! Beautiful, clean, and amazing hosts. The listing is 100% accurate to what you will walk into, and the beds are VERY comfortable as well. 5/5 definitely recommend, and we would love to come back!

Michelle was a great onsite host, very responsive and friendly. Convenient location for work at Moody AFB (20 mins north), downtown, hospital and Valdosta State nearby. Unfortunately this stay was cut short but I'll look to stay at Michelle's again next time. Perfect for an extended stay as well.
