We think you’ll love the close proximity to Centertown's local shops and restaurants, and be impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into renovating our vintage building. Relax with the whole family at this most peaceful place to stay. We welcome 2 - 6 guests to our spacious home overlooking a pond. Our closest neighbors are deer and Canadian geese. Each room features elegant surprises -- a quiet reading nook, 2 gas fireplaces, breakfast in our sunporch, double wine/soft drink fridge, serene dining room, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms plus a study with daybed, spacious living room, 3 full baths, and lower-level game room, right next to the full laundry.

This is a Private Guesthouse, "The Cottage at Oakwood." Two(2) bedrooms: 1. Main Bedroom: queen-size mattress new Memory Foam 2. Living room: queen-size sofa/ hideaway bed. NO SMOKING!!$100 CLEANING FEE The cottage is on the left side of the Manor House. ***We gladly accept pets. We request a FEE OF $10/ NIGHT FOR EACH PET. Airbnb does have a place for adding this nominal fee. Just leave it on the TV Desk. Please put your pet in a crate when leaving the cottage. No pets on the furniture.

Features: hot tub, outdoor dining area, small kitchenette amenities, and smart-tv w/firestick (must use your hotspot to stream). 10 min to BR Parkway, Peaks of Otter, and Claytor Nature Center. Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign). ***If booking in winter months, keep in mind the wind tends to be heavy, depending on weather.***

Beautiful, large 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sunset views. Full kitchen with Keurig Coffee, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, and refrigerator. The large family room has seating for 11 while you watch cable TV. Please NO SMOKING on these premises. Swimming pool MAY be available. The pool is our families, but it often works out that my guests can use it. You must communicate your wishes and we will see it's availability. An outdoor grill is available.
