Here's a great place for the family. Plenty of space, nicely furnished kitchen, and a backyard for play. A safe neighborhood and close to just about anyplace in town. My grandkids can't wait to go back! Ricky

This home is nested in a quiet neighborhood. With a beautiful fire pit as well as a lovely back patio area it was perfect for a nice dinner. The home was clean and full of things in case you forgot something. The kitchen is amazing. Comes with all the things needed to cook or bake. Our family had a wonderful time. We enjoyed it all.

Very nice modern home with plenty of room. The outdoor areas are very inviting. The office space was perfect for anyone needing to work some while on vacation! The nearby school playground was great for kids.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants , making it easy to explore the area. Clarissa was very communicative and welcoming, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I felt comfortable and safe during my entire stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located Airbnb with great hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated home. Steven was a fantastic host and my family and I had a nice stay. I would recommend this Airbnb highly! If and when we travel back to Perryton we will definitely attempt to stay again!

The house was perfect for our weekend trip to Lubbock for a Tech football game. Great neighborhood, super close to a grocery store, and close to the loop. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. If you are traveling with kids, this is a fantastic home to be in. There is a little playroom, great backyard and kid plates/utensils. Will definitely stay here again next time we come in for game time.
