Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Easily one of my favorite places in Italy! It is a traditional and very beautiful vila! Lovely surrondings, clean house, lots of room for everybody! The vila had everything you would need to feel like home! We had the best time staying in Antonio`s place and I would highly recommend it!

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Ho prenotato per mio marito che soggiornava da solo. Una esperienza molto positiva. La casa corrisponde all’annuncio e gli host sono stati davvero molto carini e accoglienti. Disponibili e pronti a rispondere a necessità ma anche curiosità sul luogo.

Premier séjour pour nous en Italie et nous ne pouvions rêver mieux. 10 jours de bonheur. Un grand merci à Massimo pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Un homme au grand coeur et au petit soin pour ses hôtes. Son logement est d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien situé. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs. We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und Gloria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus und der Garten sind toll. Man ist schön für sich, kann wunderbar entspannen, ist aber auch schnell in Lucca oder am Strand. Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het uitzicht was echt prachtig en Chiara was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de mooie ruime tuin.

Anche se non grandissima ognuno di noi poteva godere del proprio angolo di relax Vicinissima a gli impianti Nevicava e il Parcheggio privato davanti alla casa ha fatto molto comodo Condominio silenzioso Sara é sempre stata attiva nel rispondere ai messaggi e pro attiva per risolvere problemi (avevo lasciato le chiavi in casa) Che dire?! Clara a été une hôte très attentionnée. Elle était présente à notre arrivée et a partagé ses bonnes adresses. L’appartement est très bien situé et bien équipé . Seul bémol, la pièce principal est un peu sombre mais la terrasse est un vrai plus. Je recommande vivement le logement.

Decisamente una soluzione eccellente. Arredo, fornitura della cucina (tutto nuovo e impeccabile), organizzazione degli spazi... Insomma, davvero un appartamento che non si può non consigliare per vivere Livorno al 100%. Gli host sono reattivi e amichevoli. Una nota di merito il servizio di checkin: intuitivo, riservato, ben spiegato. Lo staff che cura la location, insomma, è davvero professionale. Terrazza top, camere arredate con cura e funzionalità, WiFi affidabile e Tv di ultima generazione. Continuate così! Rb

comfortable and spacious apartment in a quiet yet convenient and beautiful neighborhood of oltrarno. My family stayed here for a week and found it to be the perfect location for our second time in Florence. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, grocery, enotecas, and markets. The outdoor patio, kitchen, and living room were great for us and our baby.

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Etwas abgelegen, aber dadurch sehr angenehm ruhig. Genau was wir gesucht haben. Bei der ersten Suche nach der Unterkunft haben wir die Hilfe von Matteo benötigt, danach aber problemlos die Unterkunft gefunden. Es sind ca. 10km von Piazza bis hoch (ca. 700müM) zur Unterkunft. Beinahe bei Pasquilino. Gleich unterhalb der Taverne La Capanna. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe der Unterkunft sind aussergewöhnlich. Allerdings haben es selbst die Mücken bis dorthin geschafft. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und wer sich nicht scheut von Hand abzuwaschen, für den ist diese Bleibe jederzeit zu empfehlen. Danke Camilla und Matteo, wir haben es sehr genossen.

Ottima sistemazione, super accessoriata. Posizione fantastica per chi vuole fare una giornata sulla neve e godersi la montagna.

We had such a great experience staying at this Cabin! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the river view—it was absolutely stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for unwinding, and the overall vibe of the home was warm and welcoming. The host was also fantastic, very responsive and thoughtful, which made everything even better. If you're looking for a serene getaway with beautiful scenery, this is the perfect spot. We'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und spontan. Super zu erreichen und ein echt sympathischer Kerl. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern da und Ricardo hat sich super darum gekümmert das alles in Sicherheit steht und sogar Werkzeug bei einer kleinen Panne vorbei gebracht. Das Haus an sich war rustikal aber sehr passend eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden von Töpfen und Pfannen bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Es ist und bleibt ein kleines, rustikales Häuschen in der Toskana. Was will man mehr. Unsere Truppe würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt!

Un petit chalet et son jardinet avec piscine situé idéalement au cœur de la Toscane, les villes de Pise, Sienne, Florence et Lucca sont a plus ou moins 1h de route. Nicoletta et son père nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux ! Ils sont adorables et très a l'écoute, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ils répondent très vite ! la piscine est entretenue tous les jours et donc d'une propreté absolue, quel bonheur de pouvoir s'y détendre après une journée de visite dans la chaleur Toscane, puis de déguster son dîner en terrasse avec vue sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil quotidiens ! le chalet est propre et contient tout le nécessaire (si je veux chipoter il manquerait quelques petites choses dans la cuisine commes quelques couverts en plus et un saladier ou deux par exemple, mais cela permettrait juste de passer de quelque chose de ja très bien à super, donc c'est vraiment si on cherche la petite bête) et la climatisation est très appréciable. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

We were a group of four adults and two dogs and had a fantastic time at Lucas place. The property is well maintained and in absolutely private surroundings. The view of the surrounding forest and mountains is beautiful any time of day and the pool is amazing for warmer days. Luca was an attentive host, and communication with him went very smoothly. Our holiday was beautiful and relaxing, thank you for everything Luca and hopefully see you again in the future
