A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Runt huset finns en stor skyddad altan med utsikt över havet och badplats med brygga. En liten trappa upp finner ni en nyrenoverad övervåning med badrum. 15 minuters gångavstånd längs vattnet in till Ljungskile centrum och tåg/buss station och bara 50 meter till 2 trevliga restauranger. En lugn liten oas med närhet till natur och gott om aktiviteter i området för den som vill.
