Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Entire house - in town East Burke

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

With the town of Lyndonville just 6 miles away, you will find all your necessities such as groceries, gas, and firewood. Minutes away from Burke and just a hop off of I-91, this is your start and end to a great day in the NEK. There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Starlink internet to upload your adventures at blazing speed!

Maple Acres Cabin is located on 50 acres of private land.Every spring fresh Vermont maple syrup is made on sight. Maple Acres Cabin was built new in 2020. Located on its on private driveway. With access to Atv and snowmobile trails. The cabin has everything you need for your stay. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. A full kitchen, dining area,living room with electric fireplace, laundry, gas grill, fire pit. I leave coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Syrup is available to buy.

Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!
