Spacious kitchen and living area with a large desk in the event you need to work. A key to the travel trailer and gate remote is provided to you so you can come and go as you please. Arroyo Studio

Located in the old downtown area of Castroville, at the corner of Lisbon and Naples Street, this studio guesthouse was once the kitchen area of the Schmidt House which was built in 1870 according to the Texas Historical Survey Committee. The original home sits on site but is inaccessible pending restoration efforts.

Located on a 40 acres of former golf course, this beautiful cabin can be used as your ultimate gateway! Plenty of parking available for guests, you can also fit a work vehicle. One bedroom with plenty of space. Recently renovated enjoy the view at the pond onsite a getaway or simply stay close from work.

This cottage sets on 17 acres of grassy pasture and fronts on a stock pond. There are cattle on the entire 66 acres of ranch and they will normally find their way to the pond at least once each day.
