Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. In het Jekerkwartier, dichtbij het Centrum, in een van de oudste delen van de stad waar het riviertje de "Jeker" onder de staat doorloopt, bevindt zich ons, zeer rustig gelegen, woning. Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

The location is great, only 7 minutes walking from the 'Vrijthof' and a 5 minute drive from the MECC, University, MUMC. In close vicinity there is everything you can wish for, a lovely park to walk, a supermarket, busstop and bars/restaurants. The appartment houses in a 1910 building full of charateristic and traditional elements and it is fully equiped, including AIRCONDITIONING!

Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Keuken met ijskast (gevuld met ontbijtspullen), en magnetron. iedere ochtend verse broodjes.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
