Η εμπειρία μας στο χώρο του Δημήτρη ήταν πολύ καλή. Οργανωμένος πλήρως ο χώρος του, τακτοποιημένος, λειτουργικός και καθαρός. Πολύ κοντά σε υπέροχη θάλασσα. Ιδιωτικότητα, ασφάλεια και ησυχία. Η "συνεργασία" με τον Δημήτρη ήταν ΑΨΟΓΗ (άμεση επικοινωνία, ευγένεια, αποτελεσματικότητα). Ήταν ευχαρίστησή μας που τον γνωρίσαμε. Προτείνω το χώρο σε οποιονδήποτε επιθυμεί να κάνει τις ήρεμες διακοπές του.

Perfect location for a holiday near the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again in this location.

Cozy home with a very comfortable bed and separate living room/kitchen. Everything functioned well, and the house is private and not exposed to the street, making it very quiet. The location is perfect, right next to a park and a short walk from the main shopping area and the Old Town. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. I had a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for families! Big house, clean, comfy beds, LOTS of toys and cardboard games, beach toys...well equiped kitchen, nice bathrooms, all the rooms face the sea, nice cleaning lady Rita :) great location, literaly few steps from the beach, nice private beach, quiet, nice water. A little bit remote from the first village so i would say a car is essential. The owner Masha very nice and always helpful. We were a family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids and it was one of our best holidays by the sea. Definetly worth it :)

We felt like home and had an amazing stay at Dimitrios's and Victoria's beautiful place. The house was very clean, the kitchen well equiped, basically we had everything we needed. We worked on some days in the yard where is very pleasant to stay, it has shadow, a table and some chairs. The wifi connection was really fast both inside and outside the house. It's a good work space if you need this. Air conditioning in every room is a big plus in warmer days but if you're not a fan of sleeping with it on at night you can open the two windows in the bedroom which creates a nice airflow. Also, for light sleepers in the mornings, you can close the exterior windows shades and the room becomes perfectly dark. We loved the house which is pretty old but very well maintained and the exterior is really beautiful. Dimitrios and Victoria are very kind and helpful, it was always a pleasure when they came around.

Staying at Giorgos house on the hill was an unforgettable experience. The location is offering breathtaking views of the sea, city (with all that lights in the evening), and mountains. As someone born and raised in the city, I truly appreciated the space and privacy this house provided. One of the best thing was starting each day with a stunning sunrise, which we could watch right from the terrace. Evenings were just as special, with my husband cooking delicious meat and fish on the barbecue. Our daughter loved playing in the yard, which is spacious, giving her plenty of room to explore. The house itself is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, making it perfect for a family stay. It is comfortable and well-maintained. In 10 mins by car we were able to get to the beach or supermarket. That's our first time in this part of Greece, so we found a lot of places to explore. I even think we should have stayed for a much longer period.

Güzel iki gece geçirdik, Eva çok misafirperver ve tavsiyeleriyle tatilimizi kolaylaştırdı.Ev gayet temizdi, otopark sorunu yok evin önüne park ettik arabamızı. Dedeağaç merkeze araba ile 6-7 dakika, beachlere de çok yakın. Eva’nın tavsiye ettiği beach ve restoranlara gittik, ayrıca giderken kapımıza bıraktığı küçük hediye için de teşekkürler.Tekrar gözüm kapalı tercih ederim.

Petra sahilde tertemiz çok güzel bir evdi. 3 aile kolaylıkla Konaklar her odanın banyosu vardı ve evde hiç bir eksik yoktu. Biz çok beğendik evin şık tarzını ve huzur dolu bahçesini. Çok tavsiye ederim

The House is as mine hause. The Hause is clean and comfortable. The kitchen devices are also full. And it has got two refrigerator. Thanks everything was fine except the noise. The tavern was loud after midnight even in weekdays, there is people speaking so loudly and shouting each other and a motorcycle that breaks gas in the middle of every night. We couldn't sleep well.

A very friendly family. The house is absolutely functional, with a beautiful yard and surroundings. Everything is very clean, we felt at home. See you again! :)

Our one week stay was wonderful! The hosts Mr. Yiannis and Mrs. Angela were very polite, responded very quickly and were very accommodating to our needs. The house was very clean and well stocked and they hosts left some breakfast supplies for us! The location was great , quiet but very close to shops, restaurants and local market. Highly recommend it for your stay in Lemnos.

Anna’s place is beautifully presented, very well equipped, and in a stunning location on top of a hill with views over the sea. It is close to a beautiful wild beach (tricky access though) as well as the town of Ouranopoli which offers lots of restaurants, shops, and other services. She is a friendly and accommodating host and made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days there and would love to come back one day!

We had an amazing stay, the house is 5 mins away from the beach and the busy area of the village where all the restaurants and shops are, but still quest at night. The hosts were very warm and open people, the place had everything that is needed for a good vacation, I for sure will stay there when traveling to Kallithea again.

Το σπίτι είναι κουκλιστικο με ωραία διακόσμηση που παραπέμπει στο παλιό αλλά με φρέσκιες και πρακτικές ιδέες! πολύ βολική τοποθεσία ήσυχο παρά πολύ ζεστό σε γενικές γραμμές όλα ήταν άψογα. θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!

What a beautiful town and an enchanting place to stay. Quiet and peaceful, nestled in the mountains. Everything was just as described.

Отличное жилье для летнего отдыха. Находится в самом центре населенного пункта, до пляжа идти пешком 5 минут. Полностью оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина. Есть небольшой двор, где можно поесть на улице. Кровати большие и удобные, кондиционеры работают, все окна оборудованы москитными сетками. Хозяева очень приятные, сами встретили, все объяснили и показали

Ο χώρος ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή, το οίκημα ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όσα πρέπει να έχει μια οικογένεια για την διαμονή της. Η τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του χωριού στην πλατεία χωρίς όμως αυτό να επηρεάζει την ησυχία. Τέλος η επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εξαιρετική! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Lovely Airbnb in Skiathos town, really close to the port and local bars, shops and tavernas. We were given really clear instructions to find the Airbnb and an early check in was facilitated at our request. Konstantinos also arranged for us to have a complimentary breakfast at a nearby hotel which was a lovely gesture. WiFi was a bit slow at times could possibly benefit from a booster but did not affect us as we didn’t require it for work.

L'appartamento di Sergey si trova in una zona comodissima per visitare la penisola di Sithonia. A due passi dal mare nel bellissimo paesino di Paradisos raggiungibile a piedi in due minuti. Molto spazioso, comodo, dotato di tutti I comfort, la cucina è attrezzata e anche il bagno. Abbiamo apprezzato il bellissimo giardino dove si può pranzare e cenare comodamente. Pulitissimo, altamente consigliato!

Except that the photos does not show the road between the house and the rocky shores nearby, the place was just as described. In fact I am glad that the road was not shown because I may not have choosen this house with beautiful view to Aliki bay. Despite we spend a full week in high season, we did not have even a slight road noise or whatsoever. House was very friendly and always helpful when needed. There are many beautiful spots for swimming at walking distance in Aliki bay. Deserve the price? Almost…. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικο. Κλείστηκε για φιλοξενία αγαπημένων προσώπων και μας έβγαλε ασπροπρόσωπους. Παρέχει τα πάντα. Οι φωτογραφίες αν και πολύ όμορφες το αδικούν. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική για ξεκουραση και ένα βήμα από την Παλιά Πόλη και τα φαγάδικα, δίπλα στον Κοσυνθο. Η Ξανθη απλώνεται κάτω από τα μπαλκόνια ενώ δίπλα υπάρχει ένα πεντακάθαρο πάρκο. Όλα πεντακάθαρα, περιποιημένα και ακόμα και τα προϊόντα στο μπάνιο επώνυμα. Θελήσαμε να παρατείνουμε την διαμονη αλλά δυστυχώς ήταν κλεισμένο για όλη την άλλη εβδομάδα Συγχαρητήρια και ευχαριστούμε.👌
