Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two; however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gaslight district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmers' market. We welcome bookings from guests ages 21 and over.

Lake Huron City Beach, restaurants and many gift shops within walking distance. Stackable washer and dryer available for guest use in apartment. WiFi, heat, and air conditioning available as well. Overnight parking passes will provided at check in. Accessible by stairway only.

We are walking distance to the boat docks with a view of the harbor. We have a beautiful 4 season room at the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant, Molly Moo’s ice cream, and the downtown area. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.

At the base of the Old Mission Peninsula, less than 2 miles to downtown and a half mile walk to East Bay beach, this two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a sofa pull out has everything you need to enjoy a glorious vacation or your business trip to Traverse City. This unit has plenty of hanging space and storage for your belongings. A fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer allows you the flexibility to enjoy your time when it is convenient to you.

Weather permitting in spring and summer you can also enjoy the views of Little Traverse Bay from a private upper level deck.

Our rental is a five minute drive to Bryant Park Beach and a five minute drive to the Cherry Capital Airport.
