The home is situated on 10 acres offering places to explore and hike in the woods and a fire pit out back. Two minutes from Warren Village and 8 to Waitsfield provide you with dining and shopping close by. This home is well equipped with all you need to enjoy a home cooked meal with a cozy living room to play games and entertain.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.

Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

With Waitsfield and Waterbury being less than 10 minutes away, it's an easy drive to two of the finest breweries, Lawsons and Prohibition Pig, that Vermont has to offer.
