Filippo's "Villa La Roccia del Poggio" is a perfect getaway, it's perfectly located at the top of a hill and you get splendid views. You can chill on the lounge in the garden or visit the wonderful beaches of La Maddalena or Caprera. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need. Filippo responds very quickly to answer any question and communicates proactively. Thank you so much Filippo for having us at your wonderful place. We will definitely come back :-)

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Heerlijk appartement. Fijne tuin met veel plek om in de zon te zitten en uitzicht op zee. We waren erg vroeg in het seizoen, daardoor voorzieningen, zoals het restaurant en zwembad nog dicht. Maar met een heerlijk strand voor de deur en veel te doen in de omgeving, totaal niet gemist.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Claude. L'arrivée et le départ se fait de façon autonome. Nous avions mis un point gps pour trouver le logement qui est assez retiré. Mais cela permet une tranquilité absolue et une vue formidable sur la baie sans vis à vis. A cette période de l'année il n'y a personne, le logement d'à côté était vide. Le logement était un peu humide mais nous avons eu de la chance d'avoir un très beau temps. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de notre hôte à tout moment pour qu'on se sente le mieux possible. Des touches d'attention nous attendent à l'arrivée et même une dégustation de vin nous a été proposée au vignoble voisin. Les plus belles plages de Corses sont facilement accessibles depuis la villa ainsi que Bonifacio. En hiver vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement où vous le souhaitez, vous étendre sur la plage de votre choix des heures sans personne à l'horizon, même les lavezzis sont possible (mais sans arrêt sur l'île). Lovely villa which is comfortable and very well maintained. A few minutes walk from a beach with many beautiful beaches a short drive away. We stayed in August and were turned away from some beaches if we had not booked Cala Brandinchi Lu Impostu so plan ahed and book if you want to visit these beautiful beaches.

INCROYABLE! Une villa super bien agencée! Coup de Cœur 🫶!! Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants dont 2 en bas âge. Chaque chambre a sa salle d'eau et WC ! Les lits sont ferme, les draps et fournis, ainsi que les serviettes de douche. Il y a une énorme table ronde pour la convivialité dans le salon ainsi qu'une grande cuisine ! Un emplacement idéal ! Pas de bruit de route, comme caché dans la nature et à proximité d'un Utile (même pas 5 min a pied) et du centre ville/port de bonifacio (15 minutes à pieds). La citadelle est accessible également à pied (ca grimpe un peu mais une vue magnifique!), une bonne 30 aine de minutes à pied. Une aire de jeu et un marché (mardi et vendredi il me semble). Un petit train part du port jusqu'a citadelle pratique et ludique! Pas mal de rando à proximité (voiture !), les plages sont magnifiques (vérifier le vent 😉!), PortoVecchio à 30 minutes en voiture et bastia 2h20. Bref, on le recommande ++++! Toute la famille a adoré de 7 mois à 60 ans!

Toto ubytovanie bolo lepšie ako som mohla cakat. Krajšie ako na fotkách. Odporúčam všetkými desiatimi. Každému kto pôjde na tento smer odporučím toto ubytovanie. A určite sa ešte vrátim! Komunikácia s majiteľom top ! Nemám čo vytknúť 12/10

Klimatyczna willa pełna udogodnień. W pobliżu znajdują się piękne plaże. Bezproblemowa komunikacja z właścicielem i masa poleceń lokalnych atrakcji i restauracji. Miły upominek na przywitanie i rodzinka żółwi, która skradła nasze serce. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

Wunderschönes Haus an traumhafter Lage. Werde meine morgendlichen Spaziergänge an die schönen Naturstrände vermissen. Die Aussichten sind einfach magisch 🥰. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wir hatten die Strände meist für uns allein. Vielen Dank liebe Marie, dass Du dein Haus mit Gästen teilst. Vielen Dank!

Maison très agréable. Confirme à la description. Calme. Spacieux et bien meublée. De petits ajustements de début de saison ont été nécessaires mais réglés instantanément. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison tres fonctionnelle et conviviale avec un grand salon, coin bar, cuisine ouverte et un pool house spacieux et équipé. et nous avons eu l intimité nécessaire en étant 3 couples avec 4 enfants qui pouvaient dormir dans la même chambre. La disposition et la taille des pièces ainsi que tous les nombreux équipements sont très confortables.

This villa was wonderful! The write up and pictures here don’t do it justice. We went as a group of two families with 4 adults and 6 children between us. The house was so big we never felt cramped. The location is brilliant - minutes from some super wonderful beaches. Our favourite was Spiaggia de La marina de puntaldia. It was so special. Lu impostu amazing as well. The shops are plentiful and close too. More about the villa. The pool was perfect! Every bedroom had a bathroom. With pool/beach towels and bath ones. The kitchen at the house was the best stocked of any I’ve ever been too! There was literally everything you could ever need to cook any meal which was great! The parasols to take to the beach we’re v welcome and we appreciate the cupboard having basics like oil salt etc. and the bin bags and dishwasher tablets etc makes that initial arrival easier. We are already planning to go again!!!

Daniela war ein super Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, echt toll. So eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie. Hier war alles da was man braucht, von der Standliege mit Sonnenschirm bis zu kleinen Aufbewahrungsdose für den Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stand in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage mit 5 Häusern. Es gibt einen separaten Strandzugang wo man keine 50m hin läuft. Man merkt das Daniela die Wohnung auch selber nutzt. Hier ist so viele liebe zu Detail das es an nichts fehlt. Der Stand ist super und einen kleinen Imbiss gibt es auch für Snacks und kalte Getränke. Zu Bäcker waren es ca 500m und ein kleiner Supermarkt war auch in der Nähe. Parken konnte man direkt vor dem Grundstück und es war auch immer was frei. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen

We loved the house and its position; very close to a good choice of beautiful beaches and within a minutes walk to a restaurant/bar. Everybody is friendly here. The house has everything you need with comfy beds, lovely open terrace for outdoor dining and drinks. The path to the beach is at the bottom of the garden. There is also a daytime snack bar just before the nearest beach. Lovely clean beach with clear water and a choice of quiet water sports. Ignazia was a great host, responding very quickly and helping with suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to the next time.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen mit Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer von der Terrasse aus. Der Check-in klappte perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte allerdings an Müllbeuteln, der Grill war nicht benutzbar und der Raum mit Waschmachine und Besen, Kehrblech in desolaten Zustand. Mir fehlte zu diesem Preis die Liebe zum Detail: ausreichend Handtücher auch für den Strand, Kerzen, …., trotzdem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Silvias Haus. Das Haus ist super ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und Silvia war als Gastgeberin immer sofort erreichbar, hat uns tolle Ausflugstips für die Umgebung und Empfehlungen für Restaurants geschickt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe endroit, villa idéale et très bien équipée…tout est prévu et conforme à la description ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines, au milieu de nulle part dans un calme absolu (les avions ne passent pas au dessus de la maison, on ne les voit pas et ne les entend pas) et pourtant à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêt (plages, rando, loueurs de bâteaux, restos, Porto Vecchio, Bonifaccio…). Une voiture est bien sûr nécessaire. Une mention spéciale et un grand merci à Mathias qui nous a accueillis et s’est assuré régulièrement de notre confort, en toute simplicité et avec beaucoup de gentillesse ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

Nous avons rencontré des gens très gentil et très ouvert. L’endroit est calme paisible. Très bien proportionné. Jolie piscine très agréable. À proximité de Santa Teresa. Jolie petite ville. Plage (très belle). À proximité. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

Hôtes qu'on recommande les yeux fermés ! Disponibles, de bons conseils, accueillants, logement conforme au descriptif et très bien équipé ! Logement au calme, superbe terrasse et piscine (même si la météo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter en ce début du mois d'avril), à proximité de très belles plages, randonnées, commerces, etc. Si l'envie de revenir en Corse du Sud nous vient un jour, nous reviendrons forcément par ici ! En tout cas, nous partagerons votre adresse à nos proches !

Très beau et agréable logement proche de Bonifacio. Beaucoup de calme et de tranquillité, l'espace piscine est très agréable. L'accueil de Nadège a été très aimable. Voiture indispensable pour ce logement qui est un peu en dehors de Bonifacio (prévoir d'être un peu sportif pour faire les aller-retours à pied vers Bonifacio, ça monte beaucoup !)
