Esta propiedad del siglo XIX fue reconstruida durante tres años (2021 a 2024) por artistas y artesanos, dándole una identidad única, y fue diseñada para brindar el máximo confort y un estilo de vida exclusivo, ofreciendo una experiencia residencial incomparable. Situada en una zona de fácil acceso, esta villa ofrece vistas panorámicas al mar y a la montaña. Con piscina privada climatizada de 12 metros de largo, 6 de los cuales están excavados en la roca, dándole una identidad y romanticismo únicos. La Villa ofrece 2 cómodas habitaciones, con TV de pantalla plana por cable, aire acondicionado, cocina totalmente equipada con estufa, refrigerador, microondas, cafetera Nespresso, lavadora y secadora, dos baños, asador al aire libre, wifi gratuito y estacionamiento gratuito. Casinha da Beatriz

Olá! Somos a Sónia, Élio e a nossa filha Beatriz. O nosso objetivo é tornar as vossas férias inesquecíveis!! Sejam bem vindos à nossa casa!! A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.

Casa Terrãço is a restored stone house that combines the unique charm of a centuries-old structure with modern comfort. The house features an open floor plan on the first level with a fully equipped kitchen and living space that offers ocean views through a big glass door. The top floor contains a spacious bedroom that opens to a large private terrace, providing breathtaking views of the ocean. Outside you will have a private area with a fire pit and access to the shared heated saltwater pool.

Plantation´s Villa - Funchal Seaside Villas

Plantation´s Villa is a one bedroom Villa located in a family property (Funchal Seaside Villas) in the heart of Funchal. It is almost at the sea level overlooking the bay and with the banana trees and vegetable garden surroundings. All divisions in the Villa have a superb view over the sea, the harbour and the city centre. It could also be called the Adventure Villa as it´s a longer way to get there (over 80 steps starting at the main gate). The pool is shared with other 3 small Villas.

Be adventurous , something completely different

Located in the north-western part of the island ,its an amazing location protected by conservation laws that have kept the area free of over development. With epic mountain and sea-views (the photos don't do it justice) the tents are located 450m above the coastline. If a place to relax and unwind is what you after then this would be the place to come to. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might have neighbours.
