The house is tucked away at the end of lovely street, and it feels cozy and safe. When I leave, it it easy to follow the checking-out instructions, so there's no hassle at all. Alyson and James have always been easy to communicate with! I will Definitely return!!!

Samuel is a warm and communicative host. The accommodations were as described, and even nicer than expected. The extra touches like bottled water, a few snacks and coffee pods were appreciated. We had space to relax and enjoy meals together, and the three bedrooms were perfect for the three of us. This location was a good home base as we toured Detroit. We will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Detroit. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

the stay was nice, the kitchen had most everything to cook, bathrooms were clean, we accidentally broke a cutting board while cleaning it and he was very understanding of it. was great to work with him and will definitely book again in the future if I'm in the area again :)

We stayed here for a week with our baby. Love how family-friendly the hosts and space were. It’s peaceful, quiet, and cozy! The washer/dryer was especially helpful and worked really well. The location is great, we walked to the little downtown area every single day. The internet is on the slow side, so you might have a hard time if you’re working remotely and/or have video calls. Overall, we had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend this place.

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

Really cool house in an interesting area. The heating and cooling worked well in each bedroom which I know some previous reviewers have been concerned about. Very comfortable stay for a few nights with our group of adults and young children!

Paul was such a sweetheart for me and my fiancé’s anniversary- he congratulated us, helped me out with any misunderstandings I had about the place and he made it a comfortable experience for both of us. I absolutely will staying with Paul once I go back up to Canada in a few weeks.

Have absolutely no complaints was very responsive very friendly checked in before during and after stay. Peaceful n beautiful surroundings . I will recommend this especially for a peaceful getaway we loved coco

The location is amazing, close to the DIA and there are great restaurants not even a block away. Check out the Barcade. The flat is very spacious and has a lot of character.

Kathy’s place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 month stay! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and it’s located near so many yummy restaurants and fun downtown attractions. Kathy was always very responsive whenever we reached out to her and always made sure we were taken care of. We would love to stay here if we ever travel to the area again!

We had a pleasant stay, just a couple small quirks to the place we didn't anticipate, maybe I didn't read the listing close enough, but host was responsive and friendly. Perks were it's a spacious stay and has a comfortable bed. TV and fireplace are nice. Quirks are is a first floor apartment complex with a tenant above and there were banging noises above that kept waking us up. Host responded they'd ask the neighbor to keep down the noise, a great option, however the noise kept happening seemingly every time we tried to sleep. Bath towels are located under the bed in a plastic drawer, which isn't correct from the description given "in dresser" and there were no towels in the bathroom initially, which really confused us. The shower is well water based and has a horrible odor, not much the host can do about this but it made showering quite uncomfortable. I still rated 5 stars due to these being minor quirks, overall the stay was peaceful.

What a cute property! The space was squeaky clean. We traveled with another couple, each had own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. I missed that it was on the third floor, all stairs. It is a quiet building and neighborhood. We were minutes from downtown, but a couple blocks from a pub in any direction. Host has thorough instructions and responded timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Morgan and their co-host were great. They were responsive, had great suggestions for around the area. The place matched the pictures perfectly and it was easy to check in and check out. A great place to stay and one worth staying at again.

The herald was such a chic condo with lots of character. The layout and interior design of the space was perfection. I highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Holly.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! Excellent location to ball park, arena, and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds and all other furniture was very comfy. Most notably, Sean was an incredible host. Provided an excellent digital guidebook as soon as booking was made. Was immediately responsive to any messages sent. Best of all, provided extra amenities within the condo which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming into Detroit!
