The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Das Dachgeschoß dieses Privathauses wurde zu einer sehr besonderen, großen 115m² Wohnung ausgebaut, mit großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich mit Glasfront zum überdachten Balkon, getoppt noch durch einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und in die Berge.

Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.
