Kendi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel ve ferah bir ev. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı hemen karşılayarak aile sıcaklığında hissettiren Asaf bey ve ailesi mükemmellerdi. Evde her şey düşünülmüş tertemiz, bahçeli, otoparklı ve konumu ideal.

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!

Yer gerçekten fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi iki adet dünya tatlısı köpekleri vardı ve çok dost canlısıydılar. Her şey bir yana Nefise teyze çok tatlı bir insandı her konuda beni evimde hissettirdi manzara zaten nefes kesici bir güzellikteydi. Heybeliada’da kalınabilecek en güzel airbnb, yakın zamanda tekrar görüşmek üzere 💐

Very good location near to the bustling street of many many bars and restaurants in Kadiköy, yet the apartment itself is very quiet. Superb spacious balcony! The most amazing and peaceful balcony to enjoy some night breeze. Sinan the host is very friendly, helpful and responsive, even helped us to keep the luggage for a couple of days. Very amazing person! The apartment feels like his own home as well, so we felt right at home, comfortable experience!

The apartment offers a perfect balance between price and quality. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The best part, however, is its location — within walking distance of all the main sights. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the seafront, and the Kadıköy ferry station is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the stunning streets of this beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Demet and her apartment for a lovely holiday in the amazing Moda.

Orhun war ein toller und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist klasse und hat eine wirklich perfekte Lage, um von dort aus, Istanbul zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, sehr gute Meze-Läden und Bars um die Ecke. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, saubere und sichere Wohnung. Hande Su war stets erreichbar. Beschreibung passte zu dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft auf der asiatischen Seite von Istanbul. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – man ist in wenigen Minuten am Fährhafen und an der U-Bahn, sodass man die Stadt super erkunden kann. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass diese Seite von Istanbul viel entspannter und weniger touristisch ist als die europäische Seite, was für ein authentisches Erlebnis sorgt. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gemütlich, genau wie beschrieben. Alles war bestens vorbereitet, sodass ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe. Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war hervorragend – auf alle meine Fragen wurde immer sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet, was ich wirklich geschätzt habe. Für mich war es die ideale Basis, um Istanbul zu entdecken. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

We had a great time in Istanbul. The apartment was spotless and very warm and comfortable. Berk gave us clear check in and out instructions and was prompt to respond ( although we never met him! ). He was flexible with our check out time and with taxi instructions. The flat is in a very convenient location for visiting all the sites as it is near the ferry and the metro. We really enjoyed hopping over to the European side on the ferry every day - but there is a lot to see in Kadikoy as well - very lively with shops and places to eat. Thanks for a great stay!

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. A beautifully laid out and well equipped apartment in a great location - an easy walk to shops and Galata tower. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and bright lower ground floor bedroom. We had made an error in arriving on 1st May and government restrictions on the area made it a challenge to get to the apartment. Dilek was efficiently responsive, very helpful and supported us as much as was possible. As part of a group of 25 in Istanbul for a birthday celebration we were able to see many apartments booked by others and Dileks one was the best by far!

Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Sara was a great host, very responsive and supportive throughout my stay, which made the experience even smoother. I’d definitely consider staying here again!
