Jim and Kathi have created a welcoming Little Country Inn on their mini farm. The Western theme lends a warm welcome and comfortable space for guests. The lovely 2-bedroom brick cottage boasts a spacious living area with high-speed Wi-Fi, a Roku TV in the living room and main bedroom, and a large country kitchen. The inn sleeps five people, and the large fenced-in yard is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the country sounds of chickens, ducks, geese, guineas, and turkeys that roam the grounds.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There is currently 2 other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Our cottage is light and airy and has a beautiful wooded setting. It is located near our family garden and is not part of a subdivision. It is situated next to our antique barn and is on land that has been in our family for generations. You will have self check in and will enjoy coffee, and tea. As your hosts, we are just across the street and down the road if you need us for anything.
