Huset ligger i sentrum med gangavstand til det meste, som restauranter, barer, butikker, badestrender og tur- og friluftsområder. Mandal er kjent for sine nydelige badestrender, som har tiltrukket besøkende i årevis. Mandal har gode muligheter for golf, fisking, båtturer, moderne betongpark, museer med mere.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
