The open floor plan provides beautiful views of the lake - sometimes you may feel that you are ON a boat! Bring your boat or enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards to explore this peaceful lake. There is a nice sandbar a short paddle from the house. *“Half” bedroom is a loft bed on second floor.

Full private apartment lakefront (NOT ENTIRE HOUSE) with many opportunities to relax! Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles).
