Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Full private apartment lakefront (NOT ENTIRE HOUSE) with many opportunities to relax! Swim in the heated pool (SEASONAL), hot tub (open all year), Sauna, fish, kayak, bonfire, walk or bike the nearby trails, relax under the gazebo by the lake, cook at the outdoor kitchen (Seasonal)/fireplace patio .We accommodate small bachelorette parties, wedding parties and have other properties nearby for additional rentals if needed. UM football : 30 miles to the Big House. Equestrians- Waterloo Hunt: 9 miles. We offer dog-friendly accommodations (pet fee required). Want a pontoon to explore the lake? Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake cottage! This beautiful lakefront escape has everything you need for the perfect summer trip. The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Plenty of room on the dock for you to bring your own boat for this great fishing and skiing lake or you can rent my pontoon boat. This cottage shares the lakefront, firepit, dock with 2 other cottages. My shoreline has a hard sand shallow bottom for great swimming for kids of all ages.
