It has everything you need!Quaint and unique space, the cottage is located in the back alley entrance of our 1/3 acre property. There is often wildlife to be seen such as birds, squirrels, deer, also birds, bees and a few bugs. There’s a tree that provides a shaded area, and chairs to sit on and relax and enjoy outside. We love our neighbors down the alley. One of our neighbors builds tiny homes!

Little House In Manitou is located on Ruxton Avenue, just a short distance from awesome hiking, 5 minutes to the Manitou Incline, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway and the Iron Springs Chateau. It's within walking distance of historic downtown Manitou Springs, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, bars and recreational activities. You will also be a brief drive away from the Garden of the Gods, the U.S. Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak and other attractions in the Pikes Peak area.

You'll go in the walkout basement through your own private entrance, and you'll love coming back out to sit on the peaceful patio or to stretch your legs on the Santa Fe Trail. Amazing balcony overlooking Main Street, with beautiful views of Downtown Manitou. Shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Private parking for 1 regular size vehicle ( oversized vehicles will not fit) Very Steep stairs to enter Loft, if you have trouble with stairs this isn't the place for you.
