Beautiful linen, attention to detail in every corner of the home to ensure guests were comfortable to her sweet treats to surprise us. It was such a delightful trip! The entire house felt warm and welcoming, and the huge backyard gave my dog the perfect holiday too. I absolutely loved the bedding — it was incredibly soft and comfortable. Best of all, there was an awesome sound system in the living room that made our stay even more fun. If I return to Phillip Island, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Great communication, clear instructions. The surrounding was peaceful and very close to the beach. The rooms was surprisingly soundproof and the heating was more than adequate for cold days. The living area was super spacious.

Gorgeous cottage. Clean and very comfortable. Everything you need is available. The cottage is across the road from the stunning Golden Beach, however, the beach can only be heard from the cottage, not seen. There is only one general store in town and nothing else. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, I can recommend Melissa’s cottage.

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

The place was great! Very clean and had all the things needed, kitchen was equipped with everything as well. Nice areas outside to sit, great location just near the beach. Fiona responded very quickly to any questions I had and was very accommodating and helpful.

The kids loved the plunge pool and fire pit. Good for groups as the house was split in two. maria was helpful and responsive.

We had a fantastic Easter getaway. House is beautiful and very close from all the cafes, jetty etc. We had wonderful time in the spa, pool and play area. Kitchen is amazing. Host Lynnie is wonderful and was responsive.

The apartment was wonderful, warm and inviting to say the least. So clean and comfortable with lots of little touches to let you know they’ve gone that extra mile and are passionate about presentation and fulfilling their guest’s expectations. We had an amazing stay at Lawri's house! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for morning strolls and sunset views. But the real standout was the indoor heated pool. It’s huge, clean, and made our stay feel like a private resort experience. We ended up spending most of our time relaxing in and around the pool, no matter the weather outside. The house itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a beach retreat with a luxurious twist!

This was my second time of booking Elle & Andrew’s house, the first time was with my family , and this time was with a small group of girlfriends. The house was perfect for both occasions. The house was spotlessly clean , spacious & the pool & spa were again a highlight. Everything was there we could possibly need , so we could relax & enjoy the weekend. Elle & Andrew were sensational hosts, very responsive & nothing was too much trouble . All my friends thought the house was simply amazing & can’t wait to go back . Thanks for having us .

We had a lovely stay at Seabreeze Retreat. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. House is close to a stunning beach and Wilson’s Prom nearby is an amazing national park. The perfect stay if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to relax and unwind. Thanks Christy.

We had a wonderful stay at this thoughtfully designed property. While it operates as a business accommodation, the personal touches in the decor and furnishings made it feel warm and welcoming. The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-furnished, with stunning views from the balcony. Communication with the host was seamless, and every effort was made to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended, and we hope to return in the future!

House was so spotless and luxurious on our arrival. The downstairs suite is a total win if you're going as a family - Mom and Dad get the suite - kids get upstairs! Such comfy couches - I want to know where the owner bought them! :) We were also granted an early check-in which was wonderful. Really close to the beach - enjoyed the walks and the proximity to a local grocer. I would love to come back and stay longer because 2 nights just isn't enough :)

We had a wonderful family holiday with our adult children! The house was super comfortable and the living area was especially light filled and spacious. We loved the track to the beach and we spent a lot of time walking, surfing and swimming in Sandy Point. We drove over to the Prom a few times for more natural beauty but we actually had our wombat sighting at the house ! Rachelle was a beautiful host- she was always quick to respond, she gave lots of helpful information and she had a really friendly manner.

We absolutely loved our stay at Peter’s house. It’s a real family home. Peter clearly trusts his guests to be respectful of his family’s space. The architecturally designed home had everything we needed and it was centrally located. The very plush bath towels (not to mention the beach towels!) were a lovely touch. Peter provided a lot of information about Sandy Point before we arrived and was kind enough to offer us a late check out. Thank you, Peter and Michelle, for trusting us with your lovely home.

Stylish, peaceful tiny home looking out over the ocean toward Wilson’s Prom. The calming sound of waves and birds made our weekend away deeply serene and relaxing. Thank you for a lovely getaway!

We loved our stay in Charmaine’s beautiful house in seaspray. The location is perfect, a very easy walk to the beach, surf club and general store. The house has lots of games and things to entertain kids and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy the warm afternoons. Seaspray is such a great place to visit, we’ll definitely be back!
